I can grip it not slip it
My wife has been searching for over a year for a large tumbler that was insulated and had a good lid that I could use with my arthritis cramped hands without dropping, all the others had no handle or if they did and were welded or brazed would break off with continued use I don't know where she found this tumbler but I'm thrilled with it's performance so far

Best water bottle ever. Two lid types is extra nice too.
Perfect shape for car or regular use. Two lid types make it very flexible, I can use it all day. The straw even comes with a brush. It keeps stuff hot a long time - really hot though so be careful. The optional handle is genius too. I am super fussy about water bottles and travel mugs and never thought I'd find the perfect one of either - and never thought it would be one item that serves both purposes. I hate clutter so this is a plus there too. It looks very nice too so I can take it anywhere.

Awesome!
I purchased both the brushed stainless steel and Army green tumblers. Based on the Army OD (olive drab) green that I remember from many MANY years ago, this green is a bit lighter in color but it's still nice. My husband (ex-Army) was pleased. These tumblers are the absolute best. I was shocked to hear my honey say "I love it!" after he had used it for just a few days. Living in Florida, drinks are always dripping on the outside of the glass/can, etc. Therefore, over the years we've been using plastic insulated tumblers which I hated because they are impossible to clean if you drink anything but water in them. After drinking Crystal Lite in them (especially the Punch), the plastic gets a red film that won't come off with soap and water...I even tried boiling water. As a result, once you've drank something flavored in the plastic tumbler, you can't drink water in it unless you don't mind your water tasting like your previous drinks. Did I mention that I hated them? Well they have now gone to the plastic tumbler heaven in the sky...or maybe somewhere WAY south of there? These tumblers are perfect in every way. We both decided we liked the lid with the two-way slider better for our iced drinks than the lid that has the snap down hole closure. (Both types of lids are included in the package. Maybe the flip closure lid would work well with hot drinks?) The lid is easy to put on and take off and never comes off when you don't want it to.The 30 ounce is perfect when you add half to three-quarter full of ice and a can of soda. You can easily put that much ice in the tumbler mid-afternoon and then just keep adding another soda all night long until about 2 a.m. without ever needing to add more ice. Even if you leave the tumbler sitting on the counter all night long, when you get ready to use it the next day, there is still a large ball of ice in it.The tumbler and it's stainless steel straw are easy to wash and no flavor of the previous drink carries over. To clean the straw you use the included bush and run the brush in from the top and then the bottom.I have to admit that I'm a straw biter so using a stainless steel straw took me a couple days to get used to but I came out at the end of those days with all of my front teeth intact. (Maybe I'm no longer a straw biter?) I'm used to using plastic or silicone straws in my drinks so I was a bit concerned by the size of the tumbler straws because the hole looked small but they are actually perfect. The length of the straw is also perfect.I had debated about whether or not to purchase tumblers with handles because I was concerned that the handle would just get in the way when the tumblers were put in the drink hole of our home theater chairs and in the vehicles. That concern was unfounded because the handles don't interfere at all. I actually believe that the handles make the tumbler experience better because it is less likely that we'll drop the tumbler. The tumblers are pretty big around so if you've got large hands you may not need the handle but for everyone else...the handle is optimal. Oh yea, and the handle stays in place and never tries to slide off unless you intentionally take it off. There is nothing we don't like about our Chillout-life tumblers. If you are on the fence about which tumbler to buy, wait no longer because these are awesome. These also make wonderful gifts.I hope you found this review helpful. :-)

Handle is great, size is perfect, easy to clean
I had been using a metal water bottle but it was very hard to clean and did not have a handle. I am happy with this cup but it doesn’t stay as cold as long as my bottle does.

works
Product will keep beverages cold and hot. But DOES NOT hold 30 oz only hold 24 oz if you don't put ice, less with Ice.

Great mug!
This was a great product from a #1. Dealer. I forget where I heard it advertised, but glad I did. In comparison to my Yeti, this equals or exceeds it. I have used only this Chillout mug. It is reasonably priced, and comes with handle, tops, and stainless straws. With Yeti, their mugs are more expensive and I had to buy the accessories separately. Great features and price for a top of the line mug!

Best large travel mug, no, no, no... BEST TRAVEL MUG EVER!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!
I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS BEAUTIFUL TRAVEL MUG!!!!! I have bought many, many travel mugs in my day. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST ONE I EVER BOUGHT! It very large without being bulky. It's very well balanced, doesn't tip over while driving and easly fits in the beverage holder. It comes with two lids, one for cold drinks and one for hot. The hot lid has a hinged lid cover with seals that snaps down to seal the lid shut while driving or carrying or so that when you knocked over your full hot coffee drink onto the seat of the brand new car you just purchased... ya, you heard me, I sure did.. brand mug, brand new car and a full large coffee right on the brand new never been sat on before seats... not a single drop was spilled, not one drop! And this lid easily snaps open and shut with one hand while driving. The well build handle is removable and easily slides right off the mug. Use the handle for hot drinks, remove it, if you wish for cold (great for washing up too!). ALSO, comes with a metal angled reusable straw AND the brush to clean it with... yes, they give you the tools to keep this beautiful travel mug looking it best! It kept my coffee nice and hot for hours and warm for over eight hours! OVER EIGHT, WOW! Thank you. You guys must love your coffee, ice coffee and the beautiful mug you enjoy it in as much as I do! Finally, somebody that gets it! I do suggest that you don't make the same mistake as I did tho, BUY TWO OF THESE RIGHT AWAY as you'll be buying a second one of these wonderful mugs as soon as you try it... enjoy! :D

Great mug with a potentially dangerous design flaw
Before today, I would have raved about this mug. However, I learned the hard way earlier that its removable handle is a risky feature. I was holding it by the handle, gently resting the mug (and my forearm) on the arm of my chair as I read the news. All of a sudden, I was *drenched* in hot coffee — just the light pressure of my hand being at a slightly lower level than the mug caused the handle to come loose and drop to the base of the mug and the whole thing tipped over. What a gargantuan mess!Yes, I know it’s basically my fault for resting the mug there, but just remember that most of us are conditioned to using mugs with *attached* handles — we don’t think twice about holding the handle while the mug is sitting on something. I can guarantee you that, as soon as I finish doing an unexpected load of laundry and cleaning my carpet, I will be gluing that handle on with the craziest glue I’ve got.

Would repurchase or gift
I love this travel tumbler. I bought this set for the optional handle and it’s worth it. The mug keeps my coffee really hot for hours and I also use it too keep my smoothies cold and fresh. Really great that it comes with too types of lids as well, no leaking no far. Overall good value and really nice size for coffee lovers!

Fantastic Product
I acquired the CHILLOUT LIFE Stainless Steel Stemless Wine Glass Tumbler because I am a heavy water drinker but only if it is ice cold. I found that normal glasses or tumblers do not keep the water cold because the ice does not last that long so I am continually replacing the ice. This CHILLOUT LIFE Tumbler exceeded my expectations because the ice lasted well over 15 hours and probably longer because I just added more ice cubes, in the morning and water throughout the day so that I had my COLD water from a Tumbler that does not sweat or leave a water marks.I truly like this product and would recommend to anyone who likes your cold drinks to keep cold and your hot drinks to stay hot.I am thinking of buying more and give as Christmas Gifts.

Excellent plus-sized coffee mug
The two lids are both appropriate for use with a fill of coffee. I wouldn't use the stainless steel straw, myself, but you could. A straw cleaning bristly brush is included. The major point: hot coffee is still just as hot (HOT) after an hour of sitting outside in -5C temperatures. Very reassuring if you want to be out longer or travel a bit to get where you're going and still have hot coffee in your ChillOut cup. Cold drinks: try it yourself. The cup fits with my coffee maker's graduations- cup measurements, and so does my coffee measuring spoon. Stainless steel version-$25.00 and delivered for a few dollars more. (Not an intentional rip-off of a Clint Eastwood movie). Added next day--*** I was outside twice for over 60 minutes in colder than -10 c and the last sip, just before I came back in, was just as hot as the first! Yes, the lid for hot can be taken apart for thorough cleaning. A definite Purchase Recommended.
