good system
The system is relatively easy to install. With the telephone assistance which was absolutely first class, I had very little difficulty.

Good product, poor installation instructions
Great product so far, but installation instructions are poor. Good phone service, identified we had been sent a detector with low battery

Excellent Wireless Alarm
Bought a few weeks ago and so far it’s been great. Easy to install and very flexible with loads of extras. I had cause to speak with the customer services of ERA who were also very helpful. Very pleased.

Absolute junk - avoid
System was very easy to set up and auto-on/off and remote features are helpful, but the reliability is a disgrace. Mostly, during the 10 months that I have had the system in place, it has either not been working or randomly triggering itself for no reason. It's just gone off again, and there was no way to turn the siren off from the phone app or the control panel. In fact, the app hasn't even registered that there was an alarm event. Neither have I had sms or email alerts (which have been configured, and worked fine when I set the system up, but seem to have just stopped working for some reason). Luckily I’m practiced at getting a ladder and screwdriver to get the alarm cover off and turn the siren off physically.I have a second siren on the same system which is already decommissioned due to making odd noises as the battery depleted itself, since the solar panel doesn't generate enough power to keep it charged.Overall, I have absolutely no confidence that this system will work at any given time and I'm pretty sure that I won't receive an alert if it is triggered. It’s pointless, and an absolute waste of money. Buy something else – I will be!

Seems great
I haven't actually installed the system yet but set it up to test and seems to work OK. I must admit I was a bit nervous after reading the instructions as they seemed a bit vague but after a good read it all came to me lol. Just a word of caution to Huawei phone owners, the app doesn't work with them (or anything Google related it seems) but I have a new Samsung phone and it works great, will update once it's installed 😀 ps the sirens are VERY loud

Great kit, easy install and fast support
Really happy with the kit and it has been working well so far.Installation is fairly easy, although the instructions could do with updating and consolidating. However, ERA support is great and reply very quickly.

You can put it up your self if you like DIY
Everything works as it should and I think it’s a great quality Alarm. Ive been using it for a few weeks and been spot on. I have a dog (25 kilo ) and she can walk around the house when alarm is Armed without setting it off. Good stuffThank you
