This is a better seat than OEM. Looking and feeling!
Fits fine if you install it well. I needed to put felt pads under the front supports that I removed from OEM seat, to get a gap free support there. Then I replaced the rubber grommets + steel liners and washers at the rear with some i purchased from Ace Hardware ($6.50 total) store as my original seat had none and OEM ones are way too expensive ($32). Fits fine with small gap at tank. The seat is definately more comfortable than stock (OEM PLANK) plus very good looking. I bought mine here for about $150 w/tax. Not sure why it was 1/2 price but I aint complaining. PS no long rides done yet. +Only God can make a 5 star seat so i gave it 4 + 1 more for the price.

the seat is easy to install
First, the seat is easy to install. The problem I am having is the seat leaves about a one inch gap between the seat and the frunk. The second issue I am having is the rear seat does not open when you turn the key to open it. You have to move the seat back and forth until it opens. It is a comfortable seat but I will be returning mine.
