Works a treat
We have had Zojirushi water heaters for years and wouldn’t want to be without one. They are quiet, efficient, always having hot water on tap. We used a standard kettle for a few months while our Zojirushi was out of commission and the noise drove me nuts.

Good product.
I had bought a 3 litre previously and loved it.This is good but there have altered the top and the pour is slowish not like my previous one.Hence the 4 stars but I wouldn't be without this product but price is steep.

You don't get burnt anymore. You can pour hot water gently.
Don't be stingy when you purchase an electric air pot.This thing will consume electricity 24 hours 7 days, for about 8 to 10 years.You must consider energy consumption seriously otherwise you will cry for the electricity bill.Also as far as I know non-Japanese brands can't pour water gently and you may get burnt with spilled hot water...I recommend this product.
