I go through about three rolls of thumb tape every 8 weeks and bear komplex is my go to. It’s stretchy, sticky, and provides a nice boost of grip. It’s the perfect option for barbell work.

This thumb tape sticks to well to itself and makes a secure hold on my thumbs. It doesn’t slip or slide off even when my hands are super sweaty and using hook grip for various lifts and workouts.

I like this, but I didn’t love it. Still a good tape for lifting

I use this in CrossFit mainly when there is high volume snatches or cleans. Tape stays in place and is easy to remove. These rolls are a little wider than others I’ve used in the past but I don’t mind that. And a great price for several rolls!

I've cut my skin on my thumbs multiple times now while doing Olympic lifts. These definitely help protect them and i use it every time I do those lifts. These wraps are pretty pricey tho.

This tape SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Does not stick at all and has absolutely no pull!! It’s pointless to have. Other tape I have used stays on for awhile and it pulls the skin away from the muscle like it’s supposed to. I’m so annoyed with this tape because it was on a couple websites as high rated tape and the ratings on amazon are high. There’s no way!!! Definitely read the 1 star reviews because I wish I did. Pure garbage!!!!!!Update: I’ve used This tape numerous times. I’ve figured maybe it will get better and no it has not. This tape is horrid. It does not stay, rolls up almost immediately (yes my skin is dry when tape is put on). But each time my skin burns to the point it would have to be removed even if it didn’t roll up and once removed I have rashes, also blood pulled to the skin but it’s tape so that can be expected. Although no other tape has caused this. Most tape I’ve used stays for days even the cheap tape and has results. This tape lasts for minutes and no results. For the price this is a no go and a definite do not recommend.
