HearthSong The Master Kitz Art Kit, in Great Wave

These kits are amazing. They not only teach your child about the great artists but the final art project is worthy of a frame hanging in your house! Love them all! My 9 year old daughter loves them all too!

This was the 4th Master Kitz we completed. We absolutely loved the other 3 kits. This one was a disappointment for both the kids and myself as well. It is not very enjoyable to complete, is over quickly, and does not provide the same level of finished product. Most importantly, it didn't teach any technique. We recommend MasterKitz, just not this one. Both of the Van Gogh kits and the Monet kit are fantastic.

Thanks for the great art I am not certain why these kits are not more prevalent, but I am happy to find it from you. Although it was pricey, the kit is reusable and fun to use time and again.

This was a birthday gift for my son who likes art work and is obsessed is tidal waves. He was just turning 9 when I gave it to him and needed a little assistance with sponging and the whole concept of stencil. He had a great time and his version of this master came out beautifully. I had fun too.

Fun, fun, fun product. Great for everyone of all ages and its very easy to do. Clean up wasn't too bad, just make sure to use soap.

We have done almost all of the Master Kitz kits. I must say this one was the most boring of the series. It didn't have a good background of Hokusai and the actual creating art part was boring. My kids were very disappointed. I siggest the Tree of Life. It's a great kit, and makes a beautiful art piece to frame.

I love these kits. My kids learn about an artist. They can make a cute work of art. The kits can be reused with a a few replacements. Great purchase.

In my opinion this item isn't the greatest art kit for creativity that I have seen. What comes in the kit is two painting sponges and 3 small bottles paint. I just feel like this kit is pretty much restricted to painting waves. It doesn't encourage creativity beyond that. With that being said I gave it to my 8 year old nephew to play with. As with most children there was the initial wow factor, but after 30 to roughly 45 minutes of playing with it, he became bored with it. It may have more appeal to older children who are very much into art. The only upside to this kit is that clean up is simple with water soluble paint. I feel that there are better options for painting than this limited kit, but try I encourage you to try it for yourself and pass your own judgement. I recieved this product free of charge.
