Much needed replacement
The original seemed to be dry rotted when I received it but I took a chance that maybe it just my imagination since I had no experience with slingshots. Well it was long before I realized my suspicion was correct when the rubber band broke apart. The replacement I ordered and received was soft and pliable and was easily installed. The slingshot shoots easier and is more accurate with the new band. Highly recommend this seller and product.

Reasonably Price Replacement for Aged Tubing on Slingshot
The band on my slingshot deteriorated in garage heat over a decade. This is a replacement that fits my unit. I had some difficulty getting the new tubing to slide on to the forks after removing the old rubber, despite lubricating. Once I got them on, it works fine for discouraging those pesky squirrels and rabbits in my garden and containers....

Replacement worked
Got this product to repair an existing shooter. It had deteriorated beyond safe usage. The instructions for installing were clear enough. However I was concerned that the method wouldn’t work. It did work. I did let it sit longer than instructions. Thickness seems to work I was hoping it would be thicker to last longer. I don’t use it every day. It stretched about half what I would prefer but I’ve longer arms than most.

Works the same
It's been a long time since I bought the sling shot and I'm not sure how long the original rubber lasted but this is the second time I have replaced it ..not sure why the first replacement failed so quick..maybe a year later it looked like dry rot and fell apart..I didnt put any chemicals on it and it wad handing on a hat rack on the inside of a closet door..so I dont know..
