Awesome Slingshot - Accurate and Powerful!
The Daisy B52 Slingshot exceeded all my expectations! This is a professional-quality slingshot that's incredibly accurate and powerful. The build quality is outstanding - it feels solid and durable in your hands. The ergonomic grip is comfortable even during extended use. I've been using it for target practice in my backyard, and the accuracy is phenomenal. The bands provide excellent power without being too stiff to draw. It shoots steel shot, glass shot, and various ammo sizes perfectly. The folding design is genius for portability and storage. I can easily fold it up and toss it in my backpack for camping trips. Assembly was simple and everything fits together perfectly. The yellow and black color scheme looks great. This slingshot is fun for target shooting and has become my favorite outdoor hobby. Highly recommend for anyone interested in slingshot sports!

Excellent
This thing is great. True slingshot. Wrist brace works well. Is an adult use, not what I would consider a toy. I use it to chase pigeons out of my barn. Couldn't be happier!

Perfect gift for any outdoor loving kid!
Rating: ★★★★☆ (4/5) I recently purchased the Daisy B52 Slingshot, and overall, I'm quite pleased with it. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - Affordable: The price is very reasonable for the quality you get. - Easy to Use: It's straightforward to set up and use, making it great for beginners. - Durable: The construction feels solid and durable, which is impressive for the price. - Accurate: With a bit of practice, you can achieve good accuracy. Cons: Elastic Band: The elastic band broke after a few days of moderate use. However, replacing it with a higher-quality band solved the issue. Grip Comfort: The grip could be more comfortable for extended use. Overall: The Daisy B52 Slingshot is a great choice for anyone looking to get into slingshots without spending a lot of money. It's durable, easy to use, and offers good accuracy. Just be prepared to replace the elastic band if you plan on using it frequently.

Rescued a stranded drone from of the top of a 65ft tree with this in >50 shots and clay pellets.
Strong winds blew a drone down into the top of a 65 foot tall tree near my yard. Threw tennis balls, tried to reach with gyroscopic tree-cutting poles, nothing worked, and before I got the climbing harness and said my prayers, I thought I'd try a slingshot. This was 9 bucks, I got a bag of clay pellets, and parked in a chair at the base of the tree. Took about 38 shots, and clacked the thing out of the tree like clockwork. Like Clackwork, in fact. It doesn't have sights or screw-in bands, but this isn't a rifle, it's a slingshot. It's comfortable, durable, consistent and inexpensive. 5/5 every day

Value For Price
I had one of these as a kid and got sugically good with it in a very short time. Once you get the feel for it, you almost can't miss within 10-15 yards. I used to use iron ore pellets as ammo, so the band life was relatively short because iron ore is abrasive. I'd definitely recommend shooting NOTHING but smooth slingshot ammo or ball bearings with it to extend the life of the band. I like the 3/8" steel ones. I bought one for my camping backpack and ordered a replacement band with it for dirt cheap. If there is a flaw, I'd say it's the lifespan of the band because it will fail eventually. They usually snap right where they attach to the slingshot in my experience. I'm sure there are better ones out there at a higher price and quality, but for the price of these Daisies, they're great IMO. I'm glad they're still making them.

Keeps my garden safe.
I’m an avid gardener who has a squirrel problem. This helps me remind them to stay out of my veggies. I no longer have to run so far, I can just aim for a nearby tree and the sound scares them away. Better option than hubby’s way. 👀

Price is now Ridiculous.
Update: Mar 2026 These were $7 about 8 months ago and now they are $12. That is a 70% increase so beware. Original review: Growing up we had to find the perfect tree branch to make a Slingshot and then we had to beg for some premium rubber scraps from the tire repair store. The leather Tongue often cut off of some old belt or shoe tongue. Carving the wood and strapping the rubber was a right of passage, your slingshot represented how much you had learned from you older brothers and that you could now go out and slay some birds. Fast forward to today and $10 pretty much gets you the some thing including better and the rubber that is easier to pull back and also faster but not all that durable. As for killing birds in a really difficult way, that is not something that we do anymore, oh yeah you can still do it the easy way with a shotgun during the bird season. This review brings back memories, why was it that every kid I knew had a slingshot and we all shot after birds yet the bird population thrived? Maybe its because it was not so much about shooting the birds as it was for having a reason to hang out with your friends for eight hours on a Saturday and shooting your catapult several dozen times waiting for that one perfect shot to happened. Anyway as a semi old timer who made and shot a lot of slingshots the Daisy is a pretty darn good slingshot. I would have emptied my piggy bank to own something like this back then. About the only thing I do not like with this and most modern slingshots is that the rubbers break way to easily, so make sure to buy spares. Also we shot mostly pebbles or any proper sized stone we could find. We knew ball bearings would shoot better but they also ricochet off of any solid surface! I have a scar on my head to prove it. Make sure you get some eye protection and that your kid wears it at all times. Make sure he follows all the safety precautions of where he is allowed to fire it and what he must look for before firing it. Catapults are still a lot of fun and can bring kids together in ways that electronic devices cannot do.
