Bought this to have a good audio system for online meetings. But all it gives trouble and only trouble. I have experienced too much connectivity issue, it will show connected to the laptop, but no sound-and then you will be struggling with what happened. When you go to see what happened, you will notice 2-3 X9 devices connected-then you have a problem in deciding which one to select. It is too complicated to be an easy to use earphone. The microhpone/mic is too low in volume, the other side always face difficulty in hearing you properly. The other issue i noticed is the device gets locked with one application and then you cant use it in otehr tool/application. For example if you are watching a youtube video, and then you stop the utube as you may want to join a meeting, the audio device does not switch to the meeting tool (MS teams, google meet etc.) even if you select this as the audio device in the meeting tool settings. All is saw is getting troubled by this expensive earbud.

The product that i received , its left earbud doesn't work. I thought being a UK manufacturer this product will be good in its quality.Its right ear bud works well. But then the fun element is gone.Even with right ear bud , its range is hardly 3/4 Meter. If i change my room , with device in another room then these earbuds dont function.All in all , i wont recommend it to anyone for buying.

Sound quality is good at this price for Bluetooth earphones but touch area is very sensitive, if u try to adjust earphone but due to sensitivity it takes some action like pausing song or increasing volume etc. Another issue is it doesn’t pair with phone on powering on. I have to go to mobile setting to connect this earphone everytime. Design is very stylish and earphones are very small and lightweight.

Awesome sound, clarity, bass and superior noise cancellation. Great for the gym, travelling, trekking or just slumbering around. I would mention the cons alone here.Cons - 1. They can pop out if you move your head too vigorously.. so don't. Treat them well.2. They are really sensitive, as in touch sensitive, so trying to hold them in place using a head band etc would pause the song etc. Give them their freedom.3. The noise cancellation is really good, too good. You literally won't hear anything else.

Slightly lose in the rear. With same sized tips other earphones remain snug in my ear, but for this I had to replace with my personal bigger tips, since extra tips weren't provided. I was very excited, because build quality was study and the pics paired beautifully. But the battery backup is aweful. Hardly lasted 2 hours... So returned it

This is the second day , the device is still in charging. Once I tried to on the ear piece but it didn't onn. I will try to on da ear piece 1 more time if it is on then I will keep them ,otherwise I will return this piece also. I'm very much disappointed with this ,this is da second order becoz I ordered boat bluetooth headphones but I didn't found the charging pin, didn't expect this from amazon.....

Ordered considering the positive reviews, but it's not worth the price...poor sound, volume breaks and gets slow down with ongoing call, sometimes even the person at the other end can't hear you voice and vice versa

Talking about first impressions, this device has an amazing look and feel to it with a stainless steel case. However you can't judge a book by its cover. This device keeps on falling out my my ear even after I have tried all the different attachments. The sound which is produced is a average and blunt sound. I don't see why you should spend about 4000 rupees on a product like this. This product only has a good look to it and that's about it. Even its battery life is very poor, I had to constantly charge the case after every 2-3 uses.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  parliamo dei tempi di consegna , super soddisfatto arrivato in tempo come al solito da Amazon ti puoi aspettare solo il meglio , il pacco ben confezionato , le cuffie si presentano in una confezione molto elegante con tutte le caratteristiche di quest'ultima scritte sopra , all'interno della confezione troviamo un manuale per l'uso molto intuitivo , un cavo di usb normale e dei gommini per le orecchie di tutte le misure , passiamo al pezzo forte le cuffie , si presentano al interno del loro contenitore /caricatore di un eccellente qualità molto ben definito con chiusura magnetica ,hanno pensato proprio a tutto , le cuffie entrano comodamente nel loro scomparto e sono facili da estrarre , trovo molto bello come metodo di carica questo di inserire le cuffie e boom carica , durata di batteria delle cuffie eccellente , ogni tanto mi scordo che si devono caricare haha, molto comodi i tasti touch che danno un tocco di stile al tutto che veramente non si può descrivere , di una professionalità impressionante , un po titubante al inizio su questo acquisto ma sono rimasto completamento soddisfatto , soprattutto per la qualità audio e l'isolamento del rumore che hanno le cuffie , se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto a queste cuffie , direi che la confezione è un pochino piu grande di quanto sembra in foto , ma alla fine resta sempre comoda da mettere in tasca quindi non si pone lo stesso il problema e in piu ripeto la batterie dura abbastanza da non costringerti a portarti il caricatore a presso, hanno curato ogni aspetto , veramente soddisfatto !

Están bastante bien, la batería dura 3 horas más o menos, se ajustan bien y no se suelen caer de las orejas ( y eso que las tengo pequeñas). Trabajo en una fábrica en la que tengo que estar moviendome constantemente y los cables de los cascos solían molestarme, ahora dejo el móvil en el puesto y aún puedo alejarme más de 10 metros. Los he llevado 12 horas seguidas y son cómodos. Uso solo uno a la vez, y mientras dejo el otro cargando, así nunca me quedo sin música ( los tengo diferenciados en el bluetooth de mi móvil como X9-derecho y X9-izquierdo, porque depende de cuál uses, para poder tener el otro apagado cargando, tengo que conectarlo a uno o a otro. Después de tener uno conectado con encender el otro ya se conecta automáticamente).Llevan más de 200 horas de funcionamiento y de momento todo correcto. El único contra que le encuentro es que a veces cuando acabo de usarlo y lo pongo a cargar no carga, tengo que encender el otro para que al colocarlo en la base se ponga en modo carga.

Compramos estos auriculares como regalo para nuestra sobrina en su 18 cumpleaños. Ella, como no, "soñaba" con unos Airpods de Apple... pero se nos iba demasiado de presupuesto. Así que después de mucho mirar entre diferentes modelos, nos decantamos por éste por los comentarios de otros usuarios y no podemos estar más contentos. Nuestra sobrina en cuanto los probó se quedó encantada y no se los quita para nada!!! XDPor poner alguna pega, la batería se queda un pelín corta para una adolescente, ya que dura entre 3 o 4 horas. Aunque ella ha encontrado la solución a eso poniéndose tan sólo un auricular a la vez, con lo que mientras usa uno, se va cargando el otro.En definitiva un producto con una excelente relación calidad/precio.

The sound quality is very good no problems or concerns there. The battery life of the device is a good 2-3 days usage before I charged mine again. However, something about the battery is if you use the right one by itself when it requires charge it doesn't charge as much as the left one seems to show full charge sooner. The design I like very much it is very luxurious and the headphones aren't too bulky in the ear. The connectivity is good via Bluetooth but I do wish the range was a bit longer on both earsets. Overall it is a good product and I would recommend.
