All the recipes in this book are easy to make. It is well-organized and contains helpful tips on prepping storing your juices.

This juicer works but it causes a lot of foaming with the juice it makes. It’s not capable of getting all the juices out causing very wet pulp and foaming juice. It’s not as good as a real juicer that presses juice out. The Breville is a centrifugal juicer only.

All the receipts I need to get healthy and the instructions on how to juice them. And how much to use.

Anyone who buys a Breville Juice Fountain should get this book. It explains things so you can work better with your machine. So often the direction of a machine doesn't tell you enough to use the equipment. This book helps you a lot. Great recipes and know how to use the machine better so you get more from it.
