Damage and missing parts
Came used with parts missing and damaged the missing parts were replaced but if I wanted to return I had to pay for the postage which on a lawnmower would have been expensive

Don't buy lawn mowers online try at a Garden centre.
Heavy, fiddle to fit handle never did succeed, not happy at all with it.Clive Gloucester.

Loose wheels.
Had to return as the wheels were loose & came off , there was no way of tightening them, no good.

Ideal mid-size electric mower.
Pros:1600 engine is quite powerful and is more than adequate for most grass lengths.Handy to fold up and store.Grass bag simple to detach and reconnect.Height adjuster works well.Cons:Grass gets caught under bag flap.Roller is delicate and detached in first cutting season.Handle tighteners can be tricky to set.Overall an excellent mid-range electric mower with just a few minor shortcomings. Recommended.
