6 Pack Cincinnati Chili Mix Packets

I have not made nor eaten the chili yet, but Cincinnati chili is absolutely terrific. And Skyline is the best. I used to be able to purchase it in other states but have not been able to find it out in California. So I ordered it Friday, received it Sunday. So the service was terrific and it is the packets that I know and love. Thank you!If you have not tried this and you like chili-type products, please try it. And follow the instructions and put it on spaghetti, etc.

Have been from Cincinnati, this was one of our favorite dishes. We have tried several recipes for this sauce and none of them is as good as the original. We're delighted to find it so easily available, thanks to Amazon.

We're transplanted from SW Ohio to the rainy Far Coast and this is a staple. Toss everything in a crockpot and cook it all day. We never use as much water as they recommend because it takes too long to cook down to the consistency we like. Cheao hotdogs and buns, spaghetti and shredded cheddar make the meal but don't forget the chopped fresh onion or kidney beans for a real taste of home. It'll steam up the windows too. Just right.

My husband caught some sort of a virus, where he was really unable to taste or like to eat anything anything at all He remembered skyline chili from when he lived in Florida and so I had ordered him a can skyline chili off the Internet from Amazon. he loved it, and he started making homemade batches and lived on that for a whole year till he was able to gain his, taste for other food and gain a little weight. Without the skyline chili his weight loss of over 50 pounds would’ve continued and I don’t know what would’ve happened , he is 70 years old.Thank you skyline chili

I know the original product very well. I lived in Cincinnati from 1969-1984. I used to eat at Skyline chili at least once a week. My preference was a three-way and Coneys with skyline chili on the top.These packets are the bomb! They are easy to prepare. Instead of all ground chuck, I add a pound of ground pork. The combination of the fattiness from the chuck and the pork make this dish exceptional.. I ordered 12 of these packets because they were very reasonable in cost. Because I had other items on my list I received them in an overnight delivery. If you really want the best “dogs” try to find big reds, which are all pork ballpark “hotdogs” for your enjoyment!Be Well!Dr. Larry

No one regrets leaving Ohio. I did, however, miss some “local” flavors and these packets solved that problem. Instructions are clear and the final product is just what my family wanted

This flavor is spot on. Make your own chili and add this as your "chili powder," serve over hotdogs or over spaghetti with thinly shredded yellow cheddar- Cincinnati style. I am from there and we all LOVE this stuff, it is a family get together must and so easy. Just don't follow the recipe on the package, it comes out way too watery. I use 2lb ground beef, 2 lg. cans tomato sauce, 4 cans of beans (kidney and black), 2 cans of to water ( to rinse the tomato sauce cans). Drain your beef! Put over spaghetti with yellow shredded cheddar and chopped fresh onions if you want a "5 way". Yep, Yumsky!
