My sister got me one for Christmas. And boy was I had happy. I came in here and purchased 2 more. It holds in my stomach and waist but not uncomfortable. I got this in a XL. My waist is a size 34. And I'm 5'2. 228lbs. Ladies get this of you want to get snatched I wear this around the house. I wear it to sleep. I wear it to the gym. Lol

I was really shocked by this product and the quality. I love it! I'm 5'5 and 180 lbs. I ordered a large and initially was worried that it wouldn't fit. But I love the hook feature! Was so much easier than I thought! Zipped right up once I had it hooked. It was definitely very snug though. I don't think I could wear it on ab day, but to run or do my other workouts, I think it will be perfect!

Worn it for two days so far. Good quality, but thick so not good to stealth in unless you wear baggy clothes. The bottom rolls a little but just make sure its tucked in and it's fine.Update! Worn this for not even a week, daily about 8 to 12 hours. It is showing signs of wear quickly unfortunately. I don't wrap it nearly as tight as it can be cause the seams are coming apart in a couple spots.

I love this product, this is the best one I've purchased. Will be telling family and friends about this product.I wear it at work around the house and of course to the gym. I also put surran wrap before i put on this lovely waist trainer on. I've seen results thus far and i cant wait to see long term results.

Piece of Garbage!!!! It’s rolls up immediately. I’m normally waist train I usually by my garments from another vendor on here but this product had a sooner shipping date and the reviews seemed ok. I don’t like wasting money and this was a huge waist from putting it on and getting into my car it rolled up 2x. At the gym I can’t count how many times I made adjustments till I gave up. I’m 180lbs and 5’4

I have a very long torso but it really fits very well. I am 5"7 and 195-198lbs size 12. I purchased a medium and I needed help to get it on but girl my body is snatched. After 4hrs I barely knew it was there.. love it.

I wore it as soon aa it arrived straight until after my workout ( 8hrs). Could have definitely gone with a medium. I wear medium tops but went with a large. Im 5ft 2.5 inch and 185 lbs. Overall good quality and comfortable. Covers entire torso. Honestly dont find it made me sweat any more than usual or maybe i didnt notice. I will continue using it.
