I am not generally a fan of “self-help” books. But I enjoyed this, especially the latter chapters. While not necessarily any new ideas, I did take away a few nuggets to apply to my life and career.

Another great read from Brian Tracy every time I read one of his books I get so ampd and want to change my life for the better

Do not be deceived. I know It looks like a book but it's solid gold actually. Just start internalizing and putting into action some (if not all) of the ideas contained inside this book and say good bye to your negative, limited, wrinkled, hurt and old self. This book suits very well youth who can overcome obstacles in their life and realize success by practicing doctrines written in it.People of all ages can motivate themselves by reading. It is written in very simple language and the content is friendly to the soul.The text is also easily understandable and is so simple that it can be practiced in daily life without any difficulty for a feeling of higher satisfaction, peach, happiness, and towards self-realization.
