Women's Carbon Insoles
I read how to measure for the correct size and read all the reviews. A few people stated that the were stiff and they could not get them in their shoes at all or that they could not place the softer insoles over the top with them in because it was too tight on the toes. I think the key is to go down a size or so. I measured at a 9.25 for the length when standing with your heel against the wall and that would have been a woman's shoe size of 7.5-8. The next size down from the chart was a shoe size of 6-6.5. I ordered that. They are perfect and very comfortable with the softer insole on top of them. You have to really open up the shoe to get everything in place, then lace them as you like. I had to buy 2, the cost was $127.51.

Surprisingly helpful!
This was prescribed for me by my podiatrist. I was not convinced they would actually help my foot heal, but after wearing the insert in my shoe for a week, the pain from my injury was almost 100% gone! Great product!!

Easy to walk, comfortable to wear.
It did not fit in the shoe I was intended to wear. Tried a different brand and it fit just fine. I am still in the early stages of wearing, up to 3 hours per day. It is not uncomfortable. I usually wear a different pair of shoes from those worn the previous day. The instructions suggest that they stay put in a single shoe. (The reason for four stars, not five)

quick responce
I was kind of mixed up when ordering because I needed women and every time it came up on my order it said men's but I finally just let the order go and it was fine!! I think they were a little too expensive since it was only 1 I was thinking it was a pair?? It is fine just not as stiff as I figured. I have a broken bone in my foot that won't mend back and the doctor put me in this I guess for the last resort before surgery. All in all the product is fine.

Very helped for protecting old toe/foot injury
Broke my foot/first metatarsal (almost like a really excessive case of turf toe / hallux rigidus) and have had trouble with it since- if I bend it back too far like pushing off, it brings back that injury. I still like to play sports like volleyball so this has been a recurring problem. This insert has helped with that a lot- now I can play and not have to consciously think about protecting my foot. I do have to tighten my laces more (but I like them loose, usually) so I don't accidentally step out of them now that the bottom doesn't bend as much but it's not uncomfortable and a small price to pay. Make sure you get the right size- I got the one that says for women's size 8, I normally wear size 8 in most shoes but usually get 8.5 in sneakers and these are a TINY bit short in my athletic shoes (which are 8.5, to be fair!). I wanted to go under rather than over since you can't cut them, but I can't sometimes feel the edge at the very tip of my toes. I think the 8.5 might have been too long so probably I just need to scooch it up a hair. Having the shoe been more rigid had not been as uncomfortable as I feared and it has really helped prevent aggravating my old injury so I'm really pleased.

Only one?
It’s a little deceiving only on insert for 60$. Had to return this product.

Definitely very sturdy / rigid ... in fact too much for my feet / footware
Although these inserts are BY FAR the best quality and fit of all I tried (total of 4 different brands) they were too rigid if you can believe. Let me explain ...Unbeknownst to me, most footwear, especially newer / not very used (I tried in work boots, good quality / fairly rigid sneakers) is slightly lower in the middle of the insole than the borders / outsides (who knew but, remove your insoles, get your hand in there and I'd bet you will find same) and this made these very rigid insoles raise my front foot higher in the footwear = made the fronts even tighter than they already were / are.If you're in the market for rigid carbon fiber insoles these are by far the best quality, unfortunately with almost zero "give" I didn't find them comfortable ... you may.

Very beneficial for a foot injury.
Fits well under the shoe liner. Keeps your foot very stable and comfortable. It's hard to sense that you have it in your shoe. Can easily be interchanged with other shoes. The design lets you use for either the left or right foot; simply turn it over!
