This scaler works very well. I figured I'd give this scaler a try, but I didn't have high hopes it would work very well. I used it today for the first time and I have to say It is great! It works so much nicer than a knife, and so much faster. I'm done with a fish in no time. I put the fish in a bag as I scale it to prevent fish scales from going in all directions. I'm going to buy my parents one of these and i may purchase more as gifts for our fishing buddies.

i like the product, the price is super but my concern is the softness of the scraper, a little too light, i expected to be much stronger. Overall I like it, very helpful when it comes to remove the scales.

this works great, I only wish I would've known about it years ago.This really makes a fast and easy job of scaling fish. I love salmon with the skin on so this gadget gets lots of use in our house.It is simple and easy to rinse, feels sturdy. I have nothing bad to say about it.

I haven't used it yet, so I don' know if it works well, and when I got this one, some plastic things were attached hardly between the scaling parts; it was really hard to remove all of them. Anyway, it is okay totally.

Unfortunately, I have not had any fish to scale lately, so have not been able to try this product out, but it is nicely made and I feel confident it would do the job. Very attractive also, with a nice comfortable handle.

It's a great deal for its price but the blades seems dull.

Works pretty good, much better than using a knife.

adequate for purpose

For a fish loving family who buy whole uncleaned fish from the market, this is an awesome purchase. One tip would be to immerse the fish in water while descaling to avoid the scales from flying all over you and the place
