Bamboo charcoal is known for its cleansing and purifying properties - and it adds to the color as well. Thank you for the question! **Q: Regular loofah poufs are usually only good for one month because of bacteria, how long are these free from bacteria?** A: Simple trick I learned..... pour an once or two of bleach in your bathroom sink filled with warm water. Proceed to swirl pouf in solution for approximately 30 seconds. Rinse out pouf with clean running water until thoroughly clean of bleach solution They will remain bacteria free indefinitely. **Q: Are loofahs Replacable on the handle.?** A: The Loofahs on the Back Scrubber can be replaced with two bath sponges. The loofahs are not glued on. The handle has three holes that can be threaded with twine of some sort to secure the sponges. Hope this helps. **Q: What is the handle made of?** A: Thank you for your question. The handle is made of durable, clear plastic designed to contour the grip of the hand. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/165706688-shower-bouquet-charcoal-back-loofah-with-handle-and-2-bath](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/165706688-shower-bouquet-charcoal-back-loofah-with-handle-and-2-bath) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
