High quality and does what it was designed to do
I did a "temporary" washer drop about 5 months ago and still had a bit of driveline vibration. I finally decided to order this kit and it feels like I'm driving a different vehicle now. I'll eventually get a SYE kit and do it "right" but I'm very impressed with the quality of this kit especially at this price.A tip to everyone doing this for the first time: put a jack and a jack stand under the skid plate. Start on one side of the skid plate and remove both of the outer bolts while leaving the middle one alone. Then slowly back out the middle bolt. When the spacer can just about squeeze in, jack the jack up so it's just barely touching the skid plate (as a safety measure should you back the bolt out too far). Then back the middle bolt out until you can install a spacer along with the new bolts on the outer two holes. Once they are installed, remove the center bolt completely and install new bolt and spacer. Repeat on the other side.Install should take about half an hour including gathering tools as well as a beer break.

Worked great and easy to install
This kit came quickly and as described. Easy to install if you have a floor Jack.I did one side at a time. Loosened up one side about 1”, then removed the 3 bolts on the other side. Parts are good quality and worked great.

Got this as a temporary fix before my sye and ...
Got this as a temporary fix before my sye and cv upgrade. I have a 1989 Jeep wrangler and the bolts holding up the plate had much bigger holes than the heads of these bolts. I fixed this with some very thick washers which this came with none. Other than that the only thing that worries me is leaving this on too long and not being able to get these to back out without snapping something. I wont have this on long enough for that to be an issue but if you are planning to leave this on for a long time I would suggest getting something you can put faith in backing back out.

WORKERED GREAT, WITH NO VIBRATION!!!
I did like the tappered 5/16 allen screw heads on the bolts they located the skid plate right where it should be, although they should have made them with a little larger diameter head... installed by taking out the two center bolts on both sides then put in the new bolts screwed them all the way in removed all four corner bolts then backed out the center bolts one at a time just a little over a inch to allow the outer bushings and bolt to be installed, next remove the two center bolts then reinstall them with bushing then tighten all bolts with 5/16" allen socket, hope this helps....all and all they worked great!!!

Bolts are not the right ones, you'll have to go buy the correct ones
The bolts that come with it are 1) not the correct threads, 2) are Allen heads.

good product. solved my vibrations
completely solved my vibrations from the 4" lift on my tj. took 30 min to install. in the future I'll go the correct route with an sye kit and proper drive shaft but until then this is a great kit. my only issue is with the hex bolts. I get the idea was to make it flush but I dont like the idea of it possibly stripping. I dont have a good history with torx or hex bolts especially that are torqued that tight.

Product works as described
Used to resolve some driveline vibrations on a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ with 4" lift.On the positive side, the kit resolved the issue I was trying to fix after lifting my jeep.A few small negatives. First, Daystar never includes even basic instructions with their products. For this kit it was quite simple, but I expect instructions. The big negative I had was the choice of using a hex key head instead of a traditional bolt / socket. I find hex heads much easier to strip. Plus I had to borrow the socket as they aren't standard in most smaller socket sets. Perhaps it was more expensive to replicate the stock bolts tapered design? Who knows.Would purchase again for the price.

Fit perfect on my 2002 Jeep Tj, super easy, no more vibrations,
With my 2.5" lift on the jeep TJ, I had some vibrations at start off. Put this on before you spend money on a slip yoke eliminator. My vibrations are gone, and the jeep drives better. I don't leave feedback, but I thought this would help someone else. The Hex bolts were easy because I used a hex socket ratchet and it went in no problem nice and tight. Don't use an Allen key if you have a socket wrench. I used a jack stand underneath to catch the pan when I removed all 3 bolts, super easy and fast. Good luck and enjoy.

As described
Good prody, as described, seems a bit expensive for a few pucks and bolts but works well

These fit 87-95 Jeep YJ and 97-02 TJ.
Worked great on 95 jeep YJ, much cheaper than buying replacement bolts from Jeep dealer.Standard thread will not fit 03-06 TJ with metric bolts.
