The design of this is superior to other back rollers Ive tried. Its super easy to use. Not super lightweight because of its quality sturdy construction for heavy people like me no worries it handles the weight. Huge relief when my back hurts working at home late nights and relieves the pressure. I definitely recommend trying multiple sizes, the larger ones are great for gentle flexing, the smaller ones are more like a chiropractor with more force on specific sore spots.

I really love this item — it helped my back tremendously. The size was perfect. Unfortunately, it broke the other day from regular use after only 19 months. I’m so disappointed since I took such outstanding care of it. It’s unusable now. I wish it had been better made.

When I first used this about a week or so ago, I was skeptical because I felt really uncomfortable balancing on the thing, then once I did, I felt discomfort/mild pain, and no super loud cracks like I was expecting. I kept at this every morning for a week and wouldn't you know, it got easier and easier for me to balance, and less and less discomfort was felt. I am telling you, my back feels amazing today. I had a kid 3 years ago, constantly holding him and shifting my weight to one side realllllly took a toll on my lower back, (left side especially). I noticed this horrible pain down there maybe day 3 of using the wheel as I worked through the wall of knots to get there. I just finished using the wheel and I believe that I worked the whole knot out down there! I thought I screwed up that part of my back forever and I am far too young for that to be true! Lol. My mother has chronic back pain, ruptured discs, you name it, so back pain has always been a very real fear of mine. This wheel honestly put those 20+ years or fear to rest in a week! Everyone that can physically use this should have one of these and make it part of their daily morning routine! Honestly, I only use it for one or two minutes a day. I saw this on shark tank and decided to try it out. Love it, have to use it everyday especially around my shoulder area I’m not sure if it’s intended for that area but really helps release tension. My husband loves it for his back which is the actual purpose of this tool.

Nice product but it won't cure every problem in your life like they advertise. It helped me stretch my lower back.

Rolling on this seems to not only stretch out achy back muscles but also helps to adjust your spine. The gap on the wheel which lines up with your spine comfortably really helps. Roll your back muscles on this a few times in the morning and your back feels brand new!

For a pvc culvert pipe with foam it sure does work well. 220lbs and it hardly flexes its great on the back
