Works great! But doesn't come with hardware, luckily my neighbor had some wood screws.

Had this for three years now. Fabulous. Holds a large load of laundry, folds flat against the house when not in use. Sturdy and dependable.

Just thought I should add that this model (I assume others) can be modified for width.I only had 59", compared to 88.5" as advertised on product. It was very simple to modify with a hacksaw.In fact the instruction booklet tells you how to do this if required. Just thought this was missing in the description.

I love being able to put it out of the way. I have lived in same house for more than 20 years and there was an hold clothes line with the metal poles that we replaced the lines on many times over the years can not count. When the metal ples finally broke I got this one. I really like not having the poles in the yard. It holds my king sizes comforters with no problems.

This clothesline is easy to install and very sturdy. We love the fact that it folds out of sight.

Easy to install with good instructions. All hardware is very sturdy. After in use for 6 months, it is still functioning as if it were brand new.

The hardest part about installation is finding the studs on a stucco exterior.A very sturdy and clever design, engineered for my lifestyle. I am thrilled to have found this on Amazon.
