Easy Setup for the Novice Hammock Camper
I used this hammock for a three day wilderness survival course. The tree straps made it super EASY to hang for first time hammock campers. In fact, the included tree straps is what prompted me to purchase this particular item. The hammock fits into its attached stuff bag and when it's hung, you can keep small, lightweight items in the little attached pocket while you lay in it (i.e. small flashlight, ipod, etc...). When in its stuff sack, it is very lightweight (not certain of the weight but less than a pound if I had to guess) and shorter than a water bottle. The tree straps come in their own separate stuff sack. Even though it was two separate items, they still took up very little space in my backpack. This is a ONE person hammock. I am 5' 5" and weigh 175 pounds and it was very roomy and comfortable. It is plenty long and would accommodate a much taller person if necessary. When it came time to break down the camp it only took a few minutes to unsnap the carabiners from the tree straps and stuff the hammock into it's attached stuff sack. The stitching seemed very durable and strong and even though some people on her commented that the stuff sack ripped the first time they tried to stuff it back in, that did not happen to me, then again, I am gentle and careful when repacking my stuff. When I got home, I threw the entire hammock (with the attached carabiner) into my front loader washing machine and set it on HAND WASH and then I hung it up in the garage to dry. I love this hammock and look forward to using it on my next outing!

Great hammock for camping
I used this hammock for a recent canoeing trip with some friends and must say it beats laying on the cold ground any night. This hammock was up against eno and Legit Camping when I was deciding on a hammock I wanted to buy. ENO is more well known but didn't include straps and was a bit more expensive. Legit Camping included straps and a lifetime warranty but I thought it might have weaker fabric. In the end I bought this because of the straps and good reviews of this product. My first night wasn't so great because I'm a side sleeper plus I didn't use any blanket (It was close to 65 degrees F at night) but for the two nights after I got use to back sleeping and started to use two blankets (One below and one covering me). Also during those nights, although it did not rain, I used an ordinary tarp, some rope, and four stakes as a rain fly. The hammock held up well and was simple to hang up. The only knots I had to do were some taunt lines with the fly but nothing to do with the hammock it self. More might have to be used in combination with this hammock when the temperature drops but currently this provides comfortable night sleep.Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of my set up because I went to sleep and woke up too late and too early for good lighting.I would recommend that anyone who is entering the world of hammock camping to start with this hammock. Cheap, comfortable, simple, and durable; this hammock meets all these requirements. So what are you waiting for, get out there and hang around!

Wonderful but you have options.
Fantastic hammock, good quality with allot you would not expect to get for the price. There are also hammocks available for good prices that have bug mesh built in.I will be replacing the lines with spectra that is much thinner, and so more compact than the lines this comes with. I will also replace the tree straps with webbing that has sown loops, this would be multi use straps that adjust to tree distance well. I didn't really need this "ready to go" hammock. If you just want to hang around I am sure you would be more than happy with the quality, it is ready to go, easy to set up and a lovely addition to my growing collection of hammocks. If you want to go hammock camping then this is good provided you can fit a bug mesh to it. You could also try some of my modifications above. The most expensive thing you will need is a good rain fly, although you could use some type of tarp if you not fussy. This is a five star hammock but given the current availability of hammocks with bug mesh for the same or a little less than this I chose 4 stars. I cannot attest to the quality of the others, this though is very good for the price.

Great quality hammock.
I've been hammocking for a few years now with diy hammocks, and this is my first commercial hammock. (It's hard to justify DIY when the cost of commercial hammocks has come down so much - unless you're trying something ultralight or fancy...) The strap system works really well. Yes, the ropes stretch on first use, but it's pretty easy to just move the carabiners up a notch to re-adjust. The build quality on the hammock is really nice and the material is very strong. My 5 year old hopped in the hammock with me for awhile, so we had over 270 pounds in it with no issues. The material is really nice - not as slippery as the ripstop on my diy hammocks, so I didn't slide around as much. I'm 5' 11", and the length and width were perfect, with room to spare. I highly recommend this hammock!Update: July 27, 2016I've had this hammock hanging from a couple of eyebolts in my home office for a year now, and take regular naps and read in it. It is very comfortable and durable. We just had another backpacking trip and I bought one for my teenage daughter as well. They made the attached stuff sack smaller (big enough for the hammock) and added a second stuff sack for the straps. We've had me and two kids sitting in it at once (over 300 lbs), so I believe the 400 lb rating. I'll be buying more as my other kids get older.

A must need camping/outdoor accessory!
I purchased this months ago and decided to give a solid review after using this amazing hammock. It’s been many months since I got my hands on it and I must say- best purchase anyone could make. This enhances any kind of journey or trip by 100%. I’m about 200 Lbs, Durability is there, And no chance of breaking either. There’s been times I punched the air not buying one of these sooner, hope my reviews have Been helpful to future buyers!

Excellent quality choice.
This is my second purchase of this Fox hammock. I am very please with the quality and it comes with excellent straps. We have a double and have added a single ( they didn't have my wife's Color available in the double). Delivery was excellent, 3 days . It came 4 or 5 days ahead of promise date, on free shipping. Can't go wrong at this price and quality and I have compared many.

We can fit two of us (collectively 250lbs) in there with relative easy and comfort
Every time we take it out during group camping, people stare at us with envy. It comes with everything you could possibly need to set it up. We can fit two of us (collectively 250lbs) in there with relative easy and comfort. For this price, can't go wrong!

!
I was actually really surprised by how nice these units are. Very easy to set-up and set-up it up in useable manner in 5 minutes after one or two uses. My girlfriend used it in her front yard the day it arrived and fell asleep. I then had to order another unit the next day. For the price I am happy with the product.
