Sounds and looks great
I held off getting the THR10II for a while because I saw lots of good reviews as well as some bad ones, but I finally decided to order one. All I can say is that I love this little amp. It sounds fantastic and does exactly what I want it to do, which is inspire me to play more guitar. I have my iPhone connected via Bluetooth so I can stream music through the THR and play along with it and that works very well. There are individual level controls for your guitar and for the music you are streaming to the amp so you can get a good mix. I also have the iOS remote app so that I can create more presets and edit the existing ones. I got the rechargeable model because it made no sense to have a small and portable amp that needs to be plugged in to work. This is the best amp I have owned for home use. Sounds great, feels like itโs built solidly and it looks cool. I am having a great time with it.

Really nice amp with a couple issues
I bought this after returning the Spark mini. I really liked the tiny, long battery, downloadable tones Spark but the sound was a bit muddy (no big deal for $$ & size) and the app kept disconnecting. Had to return. If the app worked I definitely would have kept it. Was between the Katana air and the THRii for a replacement. I think the Katana was best for me since it includes the wireless transmitter/receiver but the disposable batteries pushed me away. If they ever update with a Li battery then it would be great. I ended up with the THR10ii wireless. Turns out the app connection is even worse than the Spark. Practically useless, read the app reviews on your store. Difference is, the Spark doesn't function without the app and the THR has controls on it. That said the THR10 doesn't have all the controls onboard like the 30 so you do need the app to access 2/3 of the amp tones, compressor, gate, delay. I use the pc app for that through USB, works fine (the USB-B connection seems like a Yamaha engineer joke). You can also load and save tones on the PC then set them to the memory slots and work from there. The reason I am keeping this with a completely non-functional app (which I paid for the BT function) is the sound. It's a really nice sounding small amp. Works great at low volumes and can rip pretty good when you want to. The 30 must be loud! I'm glad I got the 10 though since I was in love with the tiny size of the Spark and this is quite a bit bigger but smaller than the 30. I did add the Line 6 G10 to go fully wireless and it works flawlessly with this. Charges it as well. But, this isn't the way to go if you are focused on bang for your buck in the portable/wireless realm. I'm in it for about $575 with the G10. Seems well built, sounds great, battery is awesome, app useless. It's worth it to me as a basement player but costs way more than other options if budget is key. Hope this helps your decision. I agonized between THR10, THR30, Spark, Spark mini, Katana air. Watched way too many YT videos. We need a next gen Katana!

The Ballโs!!!
I love this Amp! Portable, great battery life, simple IOS App. Cloud modeling would be nice but, it can be a time bandit for a beginner like me. I own Blackstar Fly (great amp also), Line 6 AMPLIFi, and a Fender and I stored them all and this Yamaha is my go to.

Sounds great, no wires!
This thing is great! lts my main amp now, I use it all the time. Itโs so nice not having to deal with all the wires, and quite frankly I think it sounds really good. Lots of great presets in the app as well. Definitely would recommend.

Love this amp
As someone with kids who can't crank it up too loud, and just wants to be able to plug in play into something that doesnt sound like crap, this is it. Easy to use out of the box, battery life is great, looks awesome, and is great for when the moment strikes. Yes, buy it.

Good practice amp.
It performs as expected, so I gave it 5 stars.

Great for what it is designed for.
This is a great sounding, full featured little amp. It's only about the size of a loaf of bread. But it's well made, with a metal chassis. The effects and the presets are nice, and the built in tuner is a nice bonus. But here's where this little amp really shines: 1) it has built in bluetooth so you can pair your phone or tablet and play it through the amp. Individual volume controls mix your guitar and input. 2) it's battery powered 3) it's compatible with the Line6 Relay G10T wireless guitar transmitter (not included) that charges through the input jack. Here's what's not so great: 1) the volume. Keep in mind that this is designed as a practice amp and only has a pair of 3" speakers. They sound good, but they're not going to blow you away. 2) the price. I think it's a little overpriced. Not that it's not worth it. I don't regret spending the money. I just think it should be a little cheaper. Bottom line: I don't think you'd regret buying this as long as you realize it's a practice amp, and nothing more.

Little Magic Box
This little amp is awesome, guitar and bass both sound great, and the app works good for me on Android and iOS. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tiny, versatile, multi-purpose amp.

Sounds Really Good!!
The sound is really good even at very low volumes, which in my case can be at the same level of the strings or just slighty above when playing late at night and it still sounds great. No more headphones! I have tried almost all the preset tones, about 40 of them, that are available when using the "THR Remote" app and they all sound pretty good. The app is really easy to use too. I have a Blonde 1965 Re-Issue Fender Twin Reverb Tube Amp that I park it on top of and use some of the BASS, MIDS and TREBLE settings from the factory presets to help tweak some extra tones out of it as well. Really happy with the purchase. I use it a lot.

Amazing sound!
This thing sounds great but the reality is I could buy a full sized amp for this amount of money. I donโt regret the purchase but the value proposition could be tweaked.

Great tool for living room jamming
I should have waited and purchased this item at my local music store. I would have saved a lot of money. That being said the amp is fantastic.
