This is definitely a handy kit to have in case of emergencies. It comes with some nice additions on top of the basic first aid items not found in other kits, such as the bitter spray and wound powder.In terms of the bag itself, it's solid in quality, it's also compact with room for personal additions and customization to cater for your pet.I would recommend this as a great starter kit for any pet owner.

I have tried other pet first aid kits and always felt like the items included were not very useful for animals; Zefyr’s kit actually includes items that would help if god forbid my dog was to ever get hurt. The bag itself has useful compartments and sleeves to organize the different items for quick access and also includes a handy first-aid treatment booklet that covers a surprisingly wide range of situations. I think this kit is definitely worth a try and I’ll be buying a couple more to give as gifts to my pet-owning friends.

The kit has all the basic necessities for hiking, camping, or traveling with your little homie. This is just what i need for my pup. He’s always running into bushes and getting scraped up. The tweezers can be used to remove thorns from paws. And honestly, if it’s an emergency, you could totally use the ice pack and gauze for your own buttocks.But also leave it at home; it’s nice to have. You never know when that pussy next door will claw your dog. And if it’s for your own pussy, you gotta take care of her. Cats can get bloodied, and this kit got the goods for physical health. Also good, as i can imagine, if you own a guinea pig, gerbil, rotweiller, aardvark, anteater, etc.And doomsday preppers or cautious folks awaiting the big earthquake or firestorm, think about the convenience of just grabbing this kit and your pet while running from a natural disaster. Just throw it in the car and forget about it.

Bought this because I wanted to travel and be able to take my 8 month pup with me. Just a peace of mind item. Looks like a decent kit and hope I never have to use it.

I have a GSD and we’re pretty active. I’ve used this twice so far since purchase - I got her quick once while cutting her nails and the clotting powder came in handy real quickly. She’s also sliced open her paw on an ice chunk while playing fetch and the bandages in here came in handy. I was able to replace them easily with another wrap from my regular first aid kit so no issues.

This kit is exactly what you need for a pet emergency. It has proper dog adhesive for covering sterile gauze. There is no bandaids or any other “people” related. You really need to see what’s inside. I totally think it’s a wonderful kit and I’d buy it again.

This is a very solid kit for the price. I added a few items like clotting powder and a snake bite kit. It’s a great base starter kit, though, and if it was more expensive I wouldn’t give it 5 stars, but it’s a good value for the price.
