I love this shampoo/conditioner. It was recommended to me by my hair dresser, so I thought I'd give it a try. I have been searching for sulfate-free shampoos that don't leave my hair feeling greasy. Well, this leaves my hair feeling really nice and clean! I have tried other brands like Pureology which I also really like, but it is too expensive to buy every time I run out of product. Label.M is priced reasonably, and goes a long way. Both the shampoo and conditioner smell like Christmas cookies and I love it. I saw reviews that the conditioner smelled funky, but I have not noticed that. The cookie smell is more subtle in the conditioner than the shampoo, but still smells great and does well in my hair.

There are many shampoos and conditioners on the market. We all fall to marketing and catchy images or worse yet price. You ever wonder why some folks glow while others don't? It's easy, when you look good you feel good and sometimes something as simple as using Label hair products during your morning shower can be just what you need to give you that edge for the day. It leaves your hair silky and soft giving you a feeling of confidence that others notice and you will too. I first discovered this brand at a high end salon and have been using it ever since.

This is my second time buying this duo, it's a great shampoo/conditioner set that leaves my hair soft and clean but not stripped. The smell is just wonderful, it reminds me of a bowl of oatmeal with a touch of cinnamon or something similarly comforting :)

The product itself was good how we the pump on the conditioner bottle did not work which made it messy to dispense and I saw no way to request a new pump too.

Was recommended this product by my hairdresser, nothing super impressive to me but it smells like an oatmeal raisin cookie. So if you like that you'll like this product

I was introduced to this shampoo and conditioner by my hair stylist. It smells really good. Both the shampoo and conditioner are thick so I don't use much and this bottle lasts a very long time. I tend to use 2 bottles of shampoo to every 1 bottle of conditioner. It works well with my highlighted hair and doesn't leave it dry or greasy, just right. When I purchased in June 2016, the price for this two bottle pack was the best price out there that I could find. Worth the cost!

LOVE this duo! I'm growing out my long, fine, prone-to-frizz hair and this duo really saved me after my last shampoo/conditioner did a number on my tresses. For the first time in a long time my hair feels healthy. Don't be discouraged that the conditioner feels thin on the hands: It works better to keep my hair soft and healthy than any thicker product. The pump bottles and fantastic smell are just icing on the cake. So thankful I found this.

I love the complementary designs and the scents, certainly the quality is better than cheaper products, to what extend I do not know, however I would recommend them if you tend to use a lot of shampoo and conditioner when you shower and would prefer a nicer looking shower.

Not sure is its the original shampoo delivered, it's hurt the hair both me and my spouse, conditioner is also totally useless
