These stools are very heavy. They turn smoothly and don’t make any noise. The color I ordered was a true navy blue. They are actually very comfortable as well. My guests say these are better than the stools with backs that I had before. I was afraid they would not be comfy since there was no back to lean on but the seat padding was comfortable on its own. There are a few random threads here and there which I will need to cut off. The only dislike I have is that these chairs don’t slide well at all. We added felt to the feet, knowing our kids would slide them everywhere ( the plastic feet don’t slide at all and will damage your floors). The felt allowed the stools to slide. But these are so top heavy that they tip over about fifty percent of the time. I can’t push a stool out of the way to sweep under it, I have to actually lift it every time. Again, these are decently heavy, if you have any health issues that prevent you from lifting more than a pound or two, these are not for you. Also, because the tops rotate, you have to remember to pick the stools up by the base, not the seat. If you forget, it will rotate while you are lifting it and the weight will shift. These hurt a lot when they land on top of your foot. I know all too well. So do our kiddos. I would NOT even think about these if you have toddlers who pull up on furniture. If you are smart enough to remember the right way to lift these, you will love them. They are a great value for the attractive and comfy stools you get.

It’s a shame that so many of these stools were sent out damaged to customers. Mine were just fine and I think they’re great. They are heavy and sturdy for a wood stool, have a nice wide seat that is very comfy and the swivel is smooth and works great. I knew any stools I got would get heavy use and abuse and so far so good! They do their job and are really cute too. So glad I chose these after searching for a long time for the right ones.

Spent weeks looking for the perfect barstools. Finally found these. 26 inch counter height, rich dark blue fabric, nice wood to compliment cabinetry and they swivel to take in ocean view. Love them! Added bonus: they came fully assembled and in time for the holidays. So glad the pricey stools from my local store were back ordered. Highly recommend these.

These work great at our kitchen counter and are very comfortable.we love that they swivel all the way around and I feel most comfortable sitting criss cross on them.The only reason it's a 4 star and not 5 star review is that they had quite a few scraps and scratches on them.Pur cats love them too!

Purchased the 30”H slate color. Love it, it looks and feels sturdy. And it’s simple, looks elegant I am so happy. I purchased the “New and Used”, the one that arrived thus far has a cosmetic thin scratch about 3-4 inches long , thanks to the very dark wood nothing you can’t cover with a marker.

After a long search (and a couple of returns of other stools) to find the right stool for both comfort & looks I gave these a try and am so happy I did. In the past I purchased stools mainly on how they looked and my family and I were never comfortable enough to sit on them for more than a few minutes but we actually eat at the counter at times now. Entertaining is great with these stools as they are comfortable with a thick cushion and they spin so you can turn towards each other while chatting without having to get up and move the stool. Great buy for sure!

My 23 year old son broke the last two bar stools I had. Not on purpose, of course. But the old ones were just not sturdy enough. These seem much sturdier and the swivel is smooth. I originally bought two for the kitchen counter bar but ended up going back for a third. They look nice and I’m very pleased with them.

Stylish, sturdy and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Oh, yes and they come fully assembled. The top swivels for ease of use. We love these little stools.

The wood is cracked

The barstool was delivered damaged although the shipping box was in perfect shape. The circle of wood at the bottom that gives stability to the legs was splintered beyond my repair. I requested an exchange which was accommodated very quickly. Unfortunately the second barstool was just as badly damaged so it was returned for full credit. Too bad because it was exactly the style I wanted and required no assembly. The cushioned seat was very comfortable and the swivel feature worked smoothly. Would order it again if i was confident it would arrive in good condition.
