Waste of money
The product stopped working within 2 months. Please do not purchase this product

Beware - false advertisement, waste of money
Ok, so this product appears to be really good in the site with photos showing the water vapor/mist/smoke coming of the top as advertised. But don't be fooled, the product that I received doesn't even have an opening at the top for the water vapor. On plugging it in it keeps producing a high pitch sound and from the functionality point of view it doesn't do in the slightest what it is rated for. The box says its an "Ultrasonic Aroma Humidifier" which is not mentioned anywhere in the site. The build quality is very poor, feels like made out of really cheap plastic. Even at the slightest tilt with water it starts leaking.On top of this in the site the item was marked as 10 days returnable by the seller, however after purchasing the item doesn't even have an option for replacement.I had to call Amazon to explain my situation and to my relief I was provided with a refund for the same. Thanks Amazon for understanding and helping out.

Product is very good 4 star for product and 5 star for Mr. Harshil for a prompt after sale service as my earlier one came with a minor defect so MR. Harshil took a proper follow up and got me a new one. All the best

Easy to use
Came broken but got it replaced. It is easy to use. The scent gets mixed easily with previous one. Bec washing the wick is not possible.

Not value for money
This product does not work well if you can not lock it. Locking does not work always & lighting also not very easy to use . The container is plastic not wood at all.

Stopped working the third time
Stopped working when I switched it on for the third time. Seller would not take it back or replace it. It is a total rip-off. DONOT BUY THIS. Also, it has a warranty of 10 days which is totally useless. Adapter is not included in the box so you will have to use your phone's adapter for it and the other end of the cable plugs in loosely into the device. So I think this product is bound to break down after 2 or 3 operations. So I would not recommend anyone to buy this product especially at this price.
