Light, short, powerdul
Absolutely awesome. Easy to add ingredients without making a mess. Lighter and lower and just as strong mixing vs Kitchen-aid stand mixer

This mixer is the cat's meow and the best mixer on the market!
I'm so glad I bought this Bosch mixer! It mixes dough and cake mixes so perfectly! It's pricey but so worth it! And I am glad I am able to pay for it in installments. Run and don't walk to buy this mixer. I bought several of the attachments and each one work so excellently! I will have this for many many years to come, and I'm so glad I bought it. I would give it 100 stars if I could! I highly highly recommend this Bosch mixer!!!!!!!!

Broke but company and service makes me want to try again
I have a history with this product, accessory broke (cookie dough attachments) - Bosch immediately sent me new attachments no return of the broken (very easy to work with). But I should have guessed I had a lemon. I has Asurion which those of you thinking about it... its a good investment, they fixed my Culisinart Food processor, K Cup coffee maker (they quickly issued me a refund) as well as my Bosch Mixer (refund). Second round the motor went, yeah... I had a lemon. I'm going to give it another try because of the quality return/repair experience. I think both back their products seriously. Plus I'm a bread maker, making several loaves at once is why I bought it and the KitchenAid (Artisan) cannot compete. Does a nice job but like Kitchenaid you do need to move the dough around a bit for complete kneading. Once I trusted the process, I was fine. I find cake batter and cookie dough you must have the attachmetns long with the bowl scraper. Does a fabulous job. Its a bigger foot print. I could do without the blender tower.

Great Mixer for large Capacity
I hated my Kitchen aid, I found the Bosch on TiKTok and searched all the videos. This is a very powerful motor. The downfall is so far, the whipping paddles squeak. It does not handle small loads well. I love the bowl scrapping feature since this is what I hated about the Kitchen Aid. After another couple of months I will come back with more Pro's and Con's.

Kitchenaid Doesn't seem to have the same problems
After paddles keep breaking due to being plastic, I have to rate this $600 mixer low. BOSCH, usually you are very well engineered, but this product misses big time.

Best mixer I’ve ever used.
This is an awesome deal with the separate cake and cookie paddles, bowl scrapers, and cookie mats. These Bosch mixers can do it all in a very tidy way: whip cream; beat egg whites for meringue; mix cookies, cake, bread dough, smoothie’s in the blender…and now make ice cream in the available ice cream attachment (which I have not used yet, but excited to do soon). Been using Bosch my whole life…just keeps getting better!

Great for Dough
I purchased the 800 watt Bosch Universal mixer with the Metal bowl. When it first arrived it was labeled 500 watt. I thought I had received the wrong one but the seller assured me that the German watt rating system had changed and it is essentially the 800 watt mixer. I unboxed it and used it to make sourdough. It works great. I tried making dough for bread in a 450 watt Kitchen Aid and the motor over heated. The Bosch mixer handled the bread dough with no problem. I am very happy with my purchase.

Disappointed unfortunately
1st I have to say I did a lot of research between this mixer and a few others ultimately bought this one based on reviews but I'm so disappointed in it. The base and bowl look sturdy and great but looks are not everything. all the attachments are plastic which is ridiculous for one, two if you bake 1 to 2 loaves of bread just about everyday forget getting this mixer the small batch of dough attaches itself to the center and goes in circles top it off I liked the idea of the bowl scraper attachment but guess what you can't use it with the dough hook I was so disappointed in that because that was one of the main reasons i chose this machine. I have to stop the machine scrape the bowl every so often and that's disappointing. The size of the bowl is great the cleaning is easy but being as straight forward and to the point as I can be I'm really not happy with this expensive purchase wish i had bought the kitchenaid mixer instead. And for those who stated the machine is sturdy well I can tell you from experience if you use speed 2 or 3 the entire machine wobbles suction cups or not don't matter what you do it wobbles as it mixes. Of course this is only my 1 opinion but i felt i needed to put my personal experience out there. over $600 purchase is not a joke
