Some older units had bad batteries.They seemed to have gotten past that.Customer service is great (if you have serial number and model info at time of call)I have dozens of these units. Three failures of batteries only issue after years of use.They exchanged the units immediately!!! Free!!!

I've been in IT for a very long time. This is the first UPS that I've set up that wasn't intuitive to configure. Terminology is different than anything else I've used. The double conversion is what I was after so it worked well with generator power during an outage. Not sure I'll continue with this brand.
