This is the gentlest, quickest and easiest to use curling iron I have ever owned. I’m really not very good at doing my hair but this tool leaves me with shiny, soft, bouncy curls. And I love how long the wand is and how much curl I get from so little heat.

Hi,I purchased this item with the understanding that it rotates. That only occurs by you turning your wrist and doing the rotating manually. Nice iron but definitely does not rotate.

Everything about this curling iron is as advertised. It works fast and the curls hold all day. In fact, still curly the next morning. I have long hair and I can curl it in less than 10 minutes.

I bought this and noticed that at the end of the base, where the cord is attached, there is a rather large open " seam" where the plastic doesn't meet properly. I returned it due to safety concerns and ordered a second one hoping this issue would be a one-off. It wasn't. The second one was exactly the same. I really liked the curling iron, though, so I used a small amount of plastic glue (model glue) and taped over it until it dried, then removed the tape, and...voila! The crack was sealed. I then plugged it in for the first time and tried it. I have long, thick hair and had given up on curling irons long ago...until I saw this slightly thicker, much longer one on Amazon. It did not disappoint! It works like a charm. I am able to tame my naturally curly, frizzy hair into beautiful sweeping curls. I am very happy I was able to fix the flaw in this product, and expect it to last a long time. Other than the one safety flaw, it is designed well and works exactly as advertised.

This is my second purchase of this curling iron. Not because the first one stopped working, but because I took a back-up curling iron on vacation recently and realized I had become totally spoiled by the long barrel of this iron. After using the traditional length curling iron for five days, I ordered another one to keep in my go-bag. I also ordered a third for backup. When I received the very first one, it took some adjustment to the long barrel, now it's a must. The packaging for this iron is truly impressive. It also comes with a brush and a beautiful quilted black zippered case for travel. Minus one star because the "stand" doesn't work very well because of the weight of the barrel and I have to balance it on the base of the faucet.

I loved this curling iron. It was recommended by a family member. My hair never looked better. Unfortunately, the bottom cord snapped off the curling iron afte gentle use for 5 months. I never had this happen before.Here is an update: Ordered a second iron and bottom was open and loose again.So frustrating. Have to return. Will need to explore other curling irons. Too bad. It worked well but is built in a faulty manner
