Sportspower 14-Feet Trampoline with Enclosure

Bought this for the kids and they love it. It arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up and move. Anyone that buys one of these be sure to go to the hardware store and get some anchors for it. I used four of the screws that you would tie a dog to so they can run around in circles.. I just screwed them in the ground under the outer edge of the trampoline and secured it with rope so the wind can't blow it away..

The trampoline is perfect when we finally received all of the parts to put it together. When the box was delivered to our house, we took everything out of the box to put it together and figured out that all of the hardware was missing from the box. We bought the trampoline for my daughter's birthday. She was not able to use it until two weeks after her birthday when we finally got the parts in. We were very disappointed with the whole situation. When we called to get the missing parts. We were told that the parts were on back order. I would have appreciated that information when we ordered it. Because it was my daughter's birthday gift.

Had to return the first one we received. The box was destroyed and some parts were damaged. Return was simple and the replacement came quickly. Best birthday gift for our 10 year old. Money well spent!

Do not buy. The trampoline is fine once assembled. The assembly is too complicated and the design does not allow for easy dismantle in wintertime. The side netting is connected to the spring connectors on the tramp mat. The frame that maintains the top of the side netting is very difficult to get into the netting slots. The screws and nuts snag the runners as the frame is inserted.The nylon ties holding the side netting to the spring connectors have low quality ends that break. This is important because one has to weave these nylon chords through 1 inch slots all around the circumference. That takes a long time.This is my third tramp. Bought this one because I could buy it same day. Should have waited for a sky walker like I’ve had before.It took 3 of us to build the trampoline. Total time to assemble was approximately 3 hours.Sky walker time is about 1 hour and 1 person.

Great. We love it. I am great grandmother and I can bounce.

I wish they would sell replacement parts it makes sense to the maker because now I have to buy another one honestly I think I will try another brand!

Easy to assemble lots of fun.

Zero stars if I could. Pictures show the quality they produce. I owned this about 2 years and the mat was Disintegrating and their response to customer service was you can buy a new one.
