only thing I believe compatible is the Butane Canisters made for the stove.

Yes you can use it in Doors if you would like . I use it for both sometimes in door and outdoors. I love it! I would recommend it gets the jobs done. We tend to go camping or fish any outdoors activities and we would cook there and this would do the job for us .
