I had a little trouble starting it. When they shipped it in from China they shot it with an oil to prevent oxidation- like almost every other imported item with metal components. When I took the air filter off to inspect, there was standing oil in the air filter housing, and the paper portion of the filter was saturated in oil.It should be noted that the foam pre-filter should have an oil residue, but not the paper portion. If you have trouble starting it, check and replace the paper air filter if necessary.The only other complaint I have about it is that the hose outlet on the pump are on the same side as the muffler. I accidentally pulled the hose too close to the exhaust and melted the pressure hose. Future versions should have the hose outlets on the opposite side to help prevent this.Otherwise once I got it running it sounded and performed perfectly.

This is my first pressure washer and I couldn't be happier. The box arrived quickly and in good condition. The instructions were easy to follow, even for a novice like me. Very easy to operate and I can start it on my own every time. I bought this primarily for my deck, which wraps around three sides of my house. The pressure washer is easy to maneuver and very powerful. Definitely worth the money.

Great Powerwasher for the price. Only issue is that the frame of powerwasher came in slightly bent so it does not roll good. But otherwise will recommend this to all!

I was hoping for something to clean years of dirt from my deck. I was skeptical of this unit because of the price. After reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. I can't believe that a washer at this price can work the way this does. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone.

Product was as described and seems to be made very well made. I got it just in time as we had flooding in our area so got to use it on a very muddy patio.

This little machine works great! Generally starts with just one pull. Just turn it on and pull. You'll like it! No regrets!
