Does this product work your fingers better then a hand gripper?

In my opinion, a lot better than traditional hand grippers because of the adjustable resistance. This is one of my favorite grippers, especially for negatives. The handles can be a bit slippery when going heavy, I just wrapped mine with baseball bat tape and that solved the problem.
