We bought the Tacklife stove fan to replace a generic one that lasted only a few weeks. What a difference it has made, totally silent, starts turnng a lot earlier and helps heat up the room a lot quicker than the fan it replaced. We are using it on a Franco Belge Savoy stove. The user manual is multi-language and contains a very inmportant tip on where to position the fan to reduce the chance of it overheating although it doesn't mention the overheat protection strip on the underside of the fan which is designed to bend and slightly tilt the fan off the hot stove surface when temperatures get to hot. Overall a well made quality product which we are very happy with.

I recently purchased this for my parent, who have recently got a log/coal burning stove installed in their kitchen. Their kitchen is rather large, as it consists of a dining table area as well. The stove fan has helped the distribution of the heat enormously, so it can be cosy and warm for those eating at the dining table now. Whereas before it could be a little on the chilly side tucked away in the far corner.

I was sceptical about these fans wondering if they could actually be as good as some reviewers were saying, I need not have worried. We have a fairly large room heated only by a woodburner and this meant that the end furthest away from the fire was always cooler. Since using this fan we have noticed a considerable difference in the colder end of the room, it is without doubt much warmer. For such a small unit it certainly packs a punch. Well worth the money and if you have a large room with a woodburner it's a very worthwhile investment.

It spins...but to do so it takes thermal energy from your fire...and does...ummm nothing really. After evaluation avoid! It's just a made up false snake potion product . Another Marketing gem.. no difference in room temperature at all.

Been using this for about a month now and is all good. Silent running and effective heat distribution. It doesn’t blast the heat out but moves it effectively. Got it standing on a 5kw stove.

We bought this to replace an old 3 blade fan, it arrived ahead of time, it is very quick to start up compared to the old unit and is very quiet whilst working. Definitely spreading the heat more effectively- early days, but very happy with it.

We have a small wood burner and this stove fan does the job perfectly. It is quiet which is a very important feature of this product. Like the look of it too. Would recommend to anyone who wants one.

This fan is really quiet and distributes heat well. It doesn't need anything to power it other than the heat from the log burner. May purchase another so a fan can be placed either side of the flue to distribute even more heat.
