Shavetech USB Electric Razor

This doesn't get five stars as a razor, but for what is - a very convenient travel razor that takes up minimal space in your luggage. The USB charger is great - USB is rapidly becoming globally available. I was recently in Ireland and had brought the wrong power adapter, but my rental car had a USB port, so I could recharge my phone. But even if you can't find a USB port, chances are you're carrying another device that recharges via USB, so at least you only have to carry one charger. And the charge lasts for days. I charged it and used it for 5 straight days before recharging, so for many trips, charging is irrelevant. Like most foil shavers, it works best if you shave everyday - it struggles with longer whiskers.

Pros:1. The slim design has worked well to fit in my travel gear2. The USB charger is super handy and lets me take 1 less cord/set of batteries with me on the road3. The shaving head and blades give a pretty close shave, and the charge lasts enough for at least 2-3 shaves.Cons:1. The cover for the blade can come off easily if jostled in a bag, which I solved by adding a piece of duct tape.2. If your facial hair is too long, you might have a hard time catching it in the shave head and you end up missing a few random hairs. Works best with short to medium stubble.Overall, great product and for the price would definitely recommend as a travel companion.

Not very strong. Had to go over areas several times. But it did the job. And is very compact. Great for carry on travel

The razor did not even cut hair on my sons face had to get a refund:( Thats why I gave such a low rating.

It wouldn't take a charge after first total discharge. Returned it.

Really like it. USB charging makes it convenient and charge seems to last for some time. Best for touch-ups and small areas.I do not have a heavy beard so it's perfect. Seems sturdy and well made.Would not recommend for heavy beards or daily full shaves.
