Bad warranty, Good parts for an electric. Nice shock with lockout. My box came beat to heck the light on the front was broken.
Customer service said 3 weeks ago they would send a new light. They never did. The bike is nice but don't expect any fix or service. Good parts for an electric. Nice shock with lockout. My box came beat to heck the light on the front was broken and the break light keeps falling off. If jetson sends me a new light for the front and back I will be a happy camper.

Nice bike, really awful customer service and documentation
Called their customer service and they said phone lines are too busy. So I sent them 6 emails to their customer service alias. Got one reply that answered in a very obscure manner.- their documentation that comes with bike, seems like it is photocopied badly and many pages are un-readable- cannot find the main Power button on the bike that they state in the manual!!!- their are no directions on how to manage / toggle the display to check for e.g. the battery level!- I cannot figure out how to switch between auto and manual (pedal assist)!!Bike works fine, but cannot use all the features I bought it for. Plus, they don't seem to be bothered to stand behind their product by giving a good buying experience.

Ordered 2 Bikes - 1 good & 1 not
I ordered 1 bike for me & 1 for my wife. Hers was missing a bolt, which the manufactured replaced promptly, but once fully assembled found that the charger plug would fit into the receptacle due to a manufacturing error that was unfixable (by the consumer). Returned it. Other bike came together nicely & we kept it. Rides nice even with no power assist, but wish it had a way to raise the handlebars - a bit low & don't seem to have any adjustability & can't find any bike accessory that seems to help with that problem. Ordered vertical grips to attach for a higher hand position, but they don't fit the Adventure handlebar or grips.

Cheap, doesn't work, and terrible experience
Terrible product. Power buttons don't work, battery broken on arrival, and customer service no where to be found. Returning this bike for a real brand name. Don't waste your money here!
