I made a mistake when ordering these shoes for my husband and ordered the wrong size. The customer service was excellent in communicating with me so that they could make a replacement. The representative I dealt with went to great lengths to make sure we got the correct size and he also made sure I was informed along the way. He always returned my emails within 24 hours and made sure all was clear. When the correct size arrived, my husband put them on and said "Wow, these are perfect!" He purchased them because a friend in his martial arts class had a pair and recommended them and he's glad he heeded his friend's recommendation!

I bought these for my 10 year old son to use at his Ninja Warrior gym. It was important to find a shoe that had a "grippy" tread, had a snug fit, but still allowed for flexibility. He has been wearing them for two months now and they are exactly what he needed. One thing to note - I only allow him to wear them in the gym. I don't want daily wear and tear outside of the gym to shorten the life of the shoe. When he outgrows this pair, I will definitely look to buy another pair.

Shoes are in good quality, but a whole size bigger than expected. Couldn't return for full refund, so gave to someone as a gift.

My son uses these for trampoline! He loves them. Fit as expected.

Shoes run very small. Customer service on returns is terrible terrible terrible. Their process is misleading and we wound up spending more to return the shoes then they cost in the first place. They misled us to believe that was the only way to get a full refund (confirmed and they twisted words to sound as if we would be refunded for shipping once product was received) or to only receive a 30% refund and not have to return the shoes (that were far too small).I would not recommend these shoes. I would not recommend this company.

Originally I ordered a size too big. I was disappointed to find that the replacement was shipped from China instead of USA like advertised. Package labeling was also strange. After contacting customer support and giving a 3 star rating, for the long wait, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had refunded my money in addition to letting me keep the replacement shoes. How about that! Let's change my rating to 5 stars.
