GE APPLIANCE PARTS WB44X200 Bake Element for GE, Hotpoint, and RCA Wall Ovens

I have an older GE oven, and naturally, the exact part I needed is discontinued. After reading these reviews, I took a chance. My biggest concern wasn't the part, it was worry over zapping myself into the afterlife because my electric box is wonky. I figured it out, and Iived to tell the tale.The only thing that was a bit problematic was fastening the front plate to the oven wall because of course the screw holes didn't line up with what was there. I made it work by fastening the one screw that did line up as tightly as I could, and that thing isn't going anywhere. With great fear in my heart, I heated the oven and waited for my kitchen to explode. After all, I did this entirely by myself (56 years old, no home maintenance talent).That night, we had a frozen lasagna. The next day, I cooked a turkey. This part works like an absolute charm. Perfect replacement part. No issues whatsoever. Come on over for a nice chicken casserole!

Product worked for an 30+ year old GE J KP07G0J3BG wall oven baking element (i.e. not the broiler element). I was not sure it would work because I never found any documentation that absolutely identified a replacement for our element. After it arrived and was installed, it did not work initially. Hired an electrician who determined that GE circuit breaker (40A) for the oven had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Once circuit breaker was replace, the element worked without any further issues. Electricians are not cheap and some are not honest, so get recommendations before you hire one.

I really was pleased with this replacement part because it was an exact perfect fit, and very easy to install. The cover plate for the wires was even better than the GE original.

My wall oven is close to 50 years old. So very pleased this heating element correct fit!!!

When your element stops getting hot and cooking is reduced to broiling only.... We need a replacement right away... So easy to order this product thru Amazon and had in just a couple days, even faster than their website indicated. Perfect replacement and half the price from ordering locally thru a store and 1/10 th the price of having the Appliance Guy replace it.. Amazon does it again.. Saves the day.

The product was delivered as promised it was exactly the size as described on the website I was able to install it within minutes and now I have a 50 year old stove working as well as it did when it was new thank you very much Amazon.
