Much better than others offered
I ordered and returned a different one from Amazon, returned a store bought one and finally landed on this one. Finally a decent product and a decent price. Now if youre looking to "permanently" fix something with this, you better just plan to sew it. But this little device works great for quick fixes, hold collars open, tack up a hem for short term use, hold a tied bow on a blouse together. Its for thinner materials with the size of the little tab thingies so its not for bulky sweaters, heavy jeans material and the like. But im very happy with this one for sure!

Utterly Useless
This is a joke, I bought one and it jammed after using it 5 times, so I figured it may have been my fault, so I gave it a second chance and sure enough after 4 or 5 uses it jammed again, I stabbed myself twice trying to get the piece of plastic jammed in side, but impossible, I tried tweezers, finger nails, scissors but could not get it out so as a result it is rendered useless so I sent both things back, I dont recommend for anyone to purchase this, they have a. cheek asking almost $20 for something that may as well have come out of a Christmas Cracker or a prize from the coconut shy at the fair. It's dangerous and the tags themself never re set between firing, you have to shift them around until somehow it clicks. The potential here to make a really well made tool is begging out loud, something that it is easy to use with concise clear instructions as opposed to something that is more like Toddlers toy, although I dont recommend any toddler to use this as the needle is long and lethal, a complete and total waste of money

Pleasantly surprised with product
I used mine to attach some buttons to headbands like the picture. I was making 50 of them and I didn't want to sew them on. Hesitated on buying the product because of the mixed reviews it has but as soon as I figured out how to use the little "machine" correctly I was able to make all 50 ear savers in a couple of hours. the small , plastic hooks that attach the button to the headband are easily cut off for the person to adjust and sew the buttons back on to their liking. I would recommend this product.

More of a price tag gun.
This item doesn't work for me. It works like my price gun. Didn't work on one button I tried to attach and didn't even reach. Much too thin to hold a button on if it did happen to work.

Worked great, the head is scratchy up against your skin but did as it was designed to do
Be careful where you hold your hand on the back side when pulling the trigger the T end comes out the side, after inserting the first one in my thumb I learned to keep my fingers away.

Very much junk
This is literally a piece of junk. I always have a button pop off of something, my eyes making it difficult to thread a needle, so I thought this was the greatest purchase. It IS NOT, the plastic pieces were both bent and damaged, not to mention it will not hold a butttin for more than one second. I uou tubed it, tried several times. Do not buy.

Awesome tool
I use this thing all the time. I use it to position my blouses to hide my bra straps, for quick hemming and as a guide for sewing, for a quick fix if my kiddos pants are too big in the waist, even positioning decorative hand towels so they hold their particular folded shape. LOOOOVE it. Very much worth it!

Works half the time and looks bad.
Not the gadget you are looking for. Does it attach a button, yes. But it’s like a price tag attacher that uses the little “T” plastic pieces. wasted multiple clicks (plastic attachers) that didn’t go through and you can see how many I used in the picture for only three to go through. Would not be something you would want to use on a button that would be seen. This would be good for the runway in a pinch but that would be it.

Doesn’t work
The plastics tag doesn’t go into material, it stays in the needle part of the attached. Waste of money

Flimsy, disappointing
I managed to attach ONE button before the machine jammed and stopped working. It’s a fine idea but I was quite underwhelmed. My advice to everyone would be to save your money, order a cheap needle & thread sewing kit and sew the buttons on. My frustration with the outcome was far greater than my anger from stabbing my self with a needle would have been.

Instantly disables itself - useless...
There are few instructions - but the key one is “never remove the needle”. So it’s unhelpful that on first usage, the needle shoots out of the gun - and can never be reattached. It simply won’t stay in. So save yourself the bother - this gadget is a dud.

Not durable enough application
Very poor product. Did not stand up to needle and thread. Will work for decorative use.
