It's still litght while on the switch lite, i charge my switch while playing, either turn on the cooling fan by itself or the cooling fan and battery at the same time, even charge my phone

Okay, Mine came working as it should, perfect condition... However, The design of this product has two major, catastrophic downfalls/shortcomings. This would be a perfect product if it had 2 things addressed. First, the ability to accept a charge from the Nintendo Switch charger. The fact that I need to use a USB-C Cell Phone charger in order to charge this pack, Because the manufacturer used cheap 18650 battery packs instead of a battery that could actually do what this product is meant to do, is just lazy engineering, cheap and frankly a stupid design choice. This makes absolutely no sense, and I'm honestly more than a little irritated that this is even a thing that I have to address, as the Nintendo Switch, also uses a USB-C charger, however, the amperage is too high for the batteries to take a charge with. Stupid. Just plain stupid.The second thing this item lacks is passthrough charging. For obvious reasons, this should be a non-issue. While some people buy this for the grip, with the battery and fans as a bonus... People such as myself, bought this to get a bit more life out of their Nintendo Switch Lite, as the battery capacity is abismal... So, please explain to me why plugging the grip into the Charger, wouldn't charge the Switch when the battery pack in the grip is fully charged? Now, Every other battery pack I have ever owned, dating back to the Gameboy Color, has had passthrough charging... Not having this feature, is also lazy engineering and just plain ignorant. This is not even touching on the horrible on/off buttons to control this waste of plastic.. Frankly, I'm beyond displeased with this product, and I would strongly recommend finding something else. There are other grips out there that address these two serious issues, probably for similar price, please, do your self a favor and buy one of those. This one is trash. However, the grip itself and fans are nice, so, there's that. Otherwise, it's a waste of money. Since I tossed my original packaging, a refund is unlikely, mine will be hitting the trash, and I'll be buying a different product from a competent company.
