Very clear screen and excellent audio. Really good feel to keyboard, lettering and backlighting on keys. Battery capacity not the longest, but ok. Very good price for touchscreen laptop with this memory and USC-c. Would recommend

I had high hopes for this laptop as it offers great value for money. Positives: the screen is incredible, truly remarkable best quality laptop screen I have seen. The keyboard is a joy to type on. Decent though small trackpad. Good fingerprint scanner.But nothing but issues with CPU, fans and temps. It would run anywhere from 60-100% CPU usage on ilde, averaging about 80%. The temps would run equally high at idle. Nothing running, just stock install. Unplugging from battery improved it, but still awful. Watching a video or browsing the internet throttled the laptop so can't imagine trying to run any Adobe Creative Suite or other demanding programs. Trash. Avoid.

True a work of art! Fast with an impressive screen and decent battery especially considering it's using a 4K display! I got it with an impressive deal here on Amazon so was one of the best buys I ever did here! The only thing is that I didn't manage to get the face recognition working for some reason - maybe someone can help me out? Tbh I will troubleshoot this a bit further but will not waste time tbh. The fingerprint scanner works flawlessly so not really bothered.

Lovely quality feel to this device. Works really well. As others have noted there is fan noise when the processor is made to work but I don't find it excessive. The touch screen is excellent- wasn't really looking for this feature but have found it really good. I almost wish the laptop could flip into a tablet- be aware access to the touch screen is slightly limited due to the hinge

I’m not a fan of Windows PC’s/Laptops, as a Software Developer, I prefer using Linux machines. However, I bought this Laptop as a family computing resource and particularly to allow my daughter to carry on her home schooling during COVID-19 lockdown. The laptop is well made, easy to configure and my daughter loves using it. A great asset.

I have meant to write this review sooner, but I have decided to it now out of utter frustration.When I received the laptop, it came in very smart packaging and included the pen as well as the miniport plug adaptor for USB and HDM.The pen has never worked, despite following every instruction document available.More importantly the miniport arrangement to connect to the power source and external screens is an absolute nightmare. Because of the lockdown I have set up my office at home. I use the USB/miniport adaptor to connect to my docking station. The connection only works through 1 of the three mini ports provided for some reasons and it generally takes a number of different attempts for this to successfully connect. The miniport plug is so sensitive that once connected to my docking station, even if as much as touch my laptop (when I receive a video call I have to raise my screen to make use of the inbuilt laptop cam), the connection with the docking station is lost and I have to start the whole process all over again.The overall performance of the laptop is also not great when compared to my previous HP laptop with similar specs.
