It is great but it didn't come with brake as pictured but I had to buy one seperate

Incomplete
We are unable to assemble the zip line as important part is missing (#4 spring)! Please send spring #4!We missed the return date as it was still snowing in WI , so we didn’t open package to build zip line til this past week and found an important piece missing!Please send spring or allow us to return faulty zip line. I am very unhappy with lack of Acknowledgement of this issue!

Ok zipline. Could be better
Not thrilled. Can't get it as tight as I'd like it but it's ok. This DOESN'T HAVE A PROPER BRAKE SYSTEM. You really need a brake system for a zipline to be safe.

Didn't come with a brake system. No difficulty for the kids to ride.

Very disappointed.. will not order from here again.
The product was supposed to be a 80ft zipline with 90ft of cable. Mine came in a tore up box with 65 ft of cable. My sons big Christmas present and he still doesn’t have it to play on. ☹️
