Delivered promptly as stated. Previous unit was faulty and was speedily collected by Amazon and refund issued. This unit works flawlessly. Can see the violet glow when working. A bit early to see the effect, but may be marginally less achy joints. Will update after a period of use.

Revised: the silver casing of one of the wands broke off in the chamber. No force was uses: it just disconnected from the glass. The entire device is now unusable. I had my initial concerns now confirmed: very poor quality. The product seems to work fine but I'm not sure it is entirely safe. Even on the lowest setting the upper part of the handle delivers an electric shock when touched. I think you should be able to touch the plastic handle without an electric shock! I'm not sure how it works, but the current flowing through gas-filled glass tube isn't the same as the current leaking out through the electric section of the wand. I've wrapped it in electrician's tape but again, I can't recommend a product that I don't trust as safe.

I was apprehensive on purchasing this item especially after reading others reviews saying it had broke/exploded mid use. I have been having high-frequency facials for a number of years and suffer from Lupus SLE so find this is the best way to help my skin and especially as lockdown meant no meds, so skin breakout. I’m delighted with the product, it works well and is very easy to use. Yes the parts are delicate but they’re glass so I’m extra careful and also use a face gauze as extra protection and my skin is of the ‘older’ generation. All in all delighted with the product!

Seems good quality even though noise changes when u tip unit on side and roller electrode doesn't work

Brilliant fun, really great setup for the price. And the attachments are varied and of a good quality. Really recommend if your into electro play.
