I have purchased this brand before in the store and they were great, have used them for over 4 years. They started to wear out so I decided to buy more. This is the same brand that I purchased before but this time the silicone is really thin. It falls out of the plastic easy and a lot of the egg leaks through the top. The threads are really narrow, making them very hard to clean and also put the lids on

Eggs stick to the cups. I tried Pam, olive oil, butter and some small voodoo.They don't completely suck and I still use them.

The biggest reason I gave 4 instead of three stars overall is that they came with no instructions. My first attempt using them, I had no idea one should spray a little cooking spray inside each one, so the whites stuck to the silicone like mad. After that disaster, I did a little research online and found that the ORIGINAL brand (yes, these are a less-expensive copy from a different company than the “As Seen On TV” brand) recommends spraying the inside with cooking spray, preferably butter. Armed with this new knowledge and having thoroughly scraped the egg whites off from the first batch of disappointment, I tried it again, this time with butter-flavored Pam. Violá, success. Now I can prep a week’s worth of eggs for breakfast in just an hour or so.

These things are terrible. The eggs don’t turn out anything like a hard boiled egg they look like a scoop of ice cream. They are impossible to clean, getting the egg into them is next to impossible. The eggs turned out terrible and I had to throw them away after because you couldn’t get the egg out of them no matter what you put in it to get them to not stick. Avoid at all cost these are not going to improve your life.

I love hard boiled eggs, especially when making a sandwich, but I can never get them out of their shells after their boiled. When I tried this product the first time, I fell in love with it. I make 18 eggs a month for egg salad sandwiches, and find it easy to do with this product. The only thing missing is directions letting you know to oil/spray the insides before putting the egg in so it doesn't get stuck and how long to cook the eggs using these devices. However, it's easy enough to get cooking directions online.

I was very disappointed there were no instructions on how to use this product. I wasted too many eggs trying to figure it out

I dont know if i would buy them again. They are easy to use, but hard to clean. Make sure you use non-stick spray before putting in the egg

Very hard to clean. Put some kind of oil or release agent to allow the egg to come out. Not a fan.
