First you will need latex gloves to apply this odorless cream. The heat is intense and can last 4-6 hours. Great for healing muscular injuries. Don't forget the Gloves. Washing your hands won't do the job.

What happened to the fire?
One of the things I looked forward to when using this product was the heat it generated. The heat lets you know it’s working and is soothing when it starts to dissipate. But with my last purchase, the heat never happened! I’m wondering if they put any capsaicin in this last order of FIVE tubes. The walmart brand which never worked as well before now somehow works better. I wonder if anyone else is having the same experience.

Like being pepper sprayed while suffering a sunburn
If you enjoy sunburns and being bear spray, this is the product for you.I can't get the burning to stop. I washed it off, but it keeps burning. I thought showering it off would work, but that aerosolized whatever cream remained on my back and nearly choked me out. This stuff burns A LOT. God forbid you should touch the affected area and then your mouth or eye- or your pet's face. Wash your hands immediately and very thoroughly in cool water after applying. Do not touch the treated area or touch anything with the treated area - like resting it on the arm of your chouch, for example.On the plus side, the burning doesn't begin for about 30 minutes, so you have ample time to apply a lot of cream. It rubs in easily, so no greasy mess, but your clothes are now coated in nuclear waste, so be very careful pulling your shirt off over your head.Sources on the internet say it may take up to 2 weeks of regular use for capsaicin creams to work, but it's possible this stuff begins to work almost immediately - even before the burning. I am a huge skeptic, but I raised my injured arm & moved it around after application and it seemed better. Might be the placebo effect, but I didn't expect it to work, so I'm cautiously optimistic.If the burning ever stops, I might try it again. I'll update this review if I determine whether or not it actually works.
