Amazon customer service gets five stars!
The six bags of chocolate I ordered arrived damaged. One bag came ripped. I opened two bars and it seemed like the chocolate had molded. Plus the other bags did not look right (I often buy this chocolate so I am familiar with it). I called Amazon customer service to alert them to this issue and they were fantastic -- they listened carefully and quickly agreed to refund the money I had spent on this purchase. Thank you, Amazon, for no hassle!

This was delivered with cold packs so even in the heat it was in good shape to share (much bigger than I anticipated so glad to share) would surely order again.
