Great product, made them last night.
I like this product, the snails are large but not too large and fit nicely in snail shells that I have.I made a nice escargot garlic butter, put the snails in the shells and put them in the over for 5-10 min.Everybody loved them, they reminded me of snails I ate in France.I will buy them again

Product not satisfactory
I have ordered some cans of snails before but last time one of the can had a little dent on top which I thought was kind of normal, but when I opened it its smell pretty bad and I try to cook them but the smell got worth. I took a photo but I am unable to send it to you.But you haven,t done any thing about it. I thought may be another can of snail would be the nice thing to do. Wouldn't you think so?Robert Meusy

Revenge Snails
Overall these were good, though I've had some where I prefer that consistency a bit more. It's really up to eater but this is a whopping amount of snails for the price, so that's what you're getting.However, I am writing this review more to warn anyone purchasing -- beware of revenge snails. I have cooked many a snail in my day, and am used to the popping that can happen as the little morsels simmer in their buttery death. Never have I had a snail jettison itself at my face before, though. These are a bit smaller, so perhaps it was physics that made it possible, but I'd like to believe these particular snails might just be a bit more fresh and still lusting for revenge. French revolution snails? Still holding out a grudge against the Scottish snails? Either way, it hit me in the face.Recommend safety goggles and holding your pan lid like a shield in case your can also comes with flying revenge snails.

Easy shipping and excellent quality. In this can were only 44 not 48 which is not usual l, but love the quality

Just like a restaurant
These canned escargots coming straight from France had an excellent flavor and texture. If I hadn't known my wife prepared them in our kitchen I would have thought they were coming from a fine dining restaurant and very reasonably priced.
