Annmarie Rosemary Toning Mist

All it is is scented water. Doesn't tone or do anything but smell okay for a couple seconds. There are a lot of effective natural products out there. Don't waste your money here.

I've purchased this product a few times and I love it! I use it on my scalp when it's dry and itchy and I use it in the summer as a toner on my face. Love the philosophy behind the brand, too.
