Doesn't charge
Just after month of receiving the battery it no longer takes a charge. No link in order history to get ahold of vendor to address the matter

Hmmmmm ......
My initial review gave this battery a glowing report. While the new battery did function well, a year down the line the battery will no longer take a charge and I find that to be very disappointing. If said battery had been heavily used, I would understand. But such is not the case. Older, smaller capacity batteries work and charge OK.I need another battery and I will likely seek other manufacturers IF any are available. I will never buy another Swidan battery ..... VERY disappointed with the short life of their rechargeable Lithium Ion , WA3578 , 20V, 4Ah battery

Can't return the UPS man didn't take it!!!!!
Not want was advertised trying to return but the UPS man says he can't print a label and left it on the porch!!!!!

Peace of crap
I used it one and now it doesn't recharge. What a rip off. Don't buy this peace of S#@>>!
