Quality!
I purchased this tower to convert a small refrigerator I have into a kegerator from which to dispense my homebrew. This tower is a high quality item. The body is fully constructed of stainless steel with an attractive finish to it. It's not mentioned in the description, but the body is insulated by a styrofoam-like sheet to prevent the beer line from sweating. There was still some space left in the tower so I added a few more sheets to increase the insulation. The faucet itself is made of chrome-plated brass and is very well made. The action on the lever is firm but smooth, especially after some minor tightening of the lever collar.Installing this item was very easy - just drill a small hole into the top of the refrigerator to accomodate the beer line, then place the included gasket on top of the refrigerator and drill four holes through which you attached the included bolts. The bolts themselves are fairly long which will allow them to be used on a wide variety of refrigerator or other mounting locations (like a home bar). The line itself required a little tinkering for me, since I am attaching this to a pin lock Cornelius keg. I simply removed the attached adaptor and replaced it with a pin lock liquid adaptor, then secured the line with a hose clamp. It works like crazy. If you're going the homebrew route you'll need to perform this step, but if you're going to use commercial kegs you'll be fine with the included adaptor. The lever on the tap is a standard fit, so if you don't like the black plastic you can easily replace it. Amazon has a number of tap handles for sale, as do many online homebrew supply sources. I'm sticking with the black one for now as I think it compliments the stainless steel finish. When putting a keg system in place, the length of the beer line is important so as to make sure your system is properly balanced. A line that is too short or too long will give you bad results at the tap. The line with this kit might be a little on the long side for some, in which case it's easy to trim the line length and reinstall the keg adaptor. I'm serving up a moderately-carbonated IPA and didn't have any issues with the length of the line, but just be aware that you may need to modify the line length depending on your setup. All in all, a very attractive and well-made item at a reasonable price.

Draft Beer Tower
No unwanted surprises here - High quality, easily installed. Lever operates smoothly and without stiffness. Attractive stainless steel finish. Very pleased with my choice having compared several similar models that were considerably more expensive.

I would not recommend this product
I would not recommend this product. It is cheap for a tap tower but the "stainless steel" is just a coating over brass. It broke easily without much force. I still use it, but I will be upgrading in the future.

Great product for the price but...
For the price this tower/faucet is a great value but after purchasing it I realized there were a few things that sort of bug me.Pros:1) Looks Great2) Cheap (compared to the alternatives)Cons:1) The faucet sticks if it hasn't been used in a few days. (I almost broke the handle trying to pour a beer) A forward sealing faucet would have suited me much better since they (supposedly) don't have issues with this.2) The cap is glued(?) onto the top of the tower which is a problem if the nut providing counter pressure on the faucet starts to come loose. If the nut is loose the faucet can easily rotate when the handle is pulled, so the cap has to be removed and it is not an easy task.3) After a few months the chrome plating on the interior of the faucet has worn off leaving the brass exposed. Supposedly brass effects the taste but I have not notice any difference.4) Does not include a faucet wrench. -- This is not really a big issue since it is easy enough to attach the faucet by hand but since it's designed for use with a wrench I figured I'd mention it.5) Most drip trays are designed for 3" towers and this one is only 2.5"6) The 3" towers generally can be extended to include an extra faucet but as far as I know the option doesn't exist for 2.5" towers.7) The included rubber gasket for the base of the tower wasn't quite the right size but it easily stretched to create a solid seal.Overall this may be the best option for a beer tower but the faucet should probably be swapped out if it is not going to be used daily. This adds $20-$35 to the overall cost of the product.

Looks great!
I bought this when I was refurbishing a kegerator that was given to me. It looks great and works like it should.

Get what you pay for
The faucet looks nice but I've had this faucet for less than a year and the welding between the faucet and the tower has already broken. If you want a decent tower and faucet then it will do the job.

Disappointed
The tower holes did not line up to fit my Danby Kegerator. The faucet was missing the spring. Disappointed, but was was able to salvage/swap parts to make it work.
